Had to fix the toilet (twice) due to the flush mechanism being held together with duct tape! No kidding, DUCT TAPE. Also, the room had an ozone machine to reduce the musty smell. Overall, our stay was an expensive disappointment.

They had a bunch of weddings during our stay. The people were loud and partying until after 4am. Loud music and so many people in the room adjacent. I knocked on their door several times to get them to quiet down but they were so loud they didnt hear, or they just didnt care. The noise was crazy for such a nice hotel.

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms including the cleaning staff working in the floor.

The pool is down long term. I am traveling with a child, and chose this property for only that reason.

Bait and Switch - go somewhere else
This was not a 4 star hotel. Our first room had dryers on the floor, back downstairs' for another room, Second room was so dirty with the windows painted, dead bugs all over and a dirty bathroom. Back downstairs again to get another room and is better (I can see out the window and not as many bugs) Room are NOTHING like the photos and not 4 start. If a guest has to go to 3 rooms before finding one they can stay in - the staff should have offered something for the trouble. Not what I expected.

We had a nice time at the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel. We were close to my nephew's school at Church Farm, so we could pay him a visit. The view is nice and they have nearby options for dining. Will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were clean and the bed/linens were comfortable. I didn't care too much for room service. There were items missing from my order and when I called the front desk to let them know, someone hung up on me. It would have been nice to be given alternatives when ordering from the menu instead of being given half of what was advertised, especially with all the fees and charges that are associated with ordering room service. Outside of that we had a good experience. I'd just never order room service again.

This property has not been well maintained and it shows. The grout in the shower was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling in the bathroom was bubbling. From the lobby to the rooms the place needs a complete overall. I am surprised this is a Marriott property. I stayed there one night for business. Never again.

Nice but could of been a lot better for the cost.
Took my son a weekend trip and I chose this location because of the indoor pool as it’s gotten chilly outside. The pool was FREEZING. I was really excited about the pool but we couldn’t even stay in for 15 minutes before my teeth were chattering. Wish it was heated. I also feel that for the price of stay, the breakfast buffet should be included, but it was not. On top of that, there was a cover sheet that was disgusting on our bed. We pulled it off and was able to sleep with the other comforter, get rid of those feathered sheets, they look like worthy.

Convenient September Stay
My wife and I stayed on a Friday overnight. Overall a nice stay. Room and bedding were nice, staff were friendly and efficient, gym equipment was in good order, pool area was nice. The only downside to our visit was the large number of loud and energetic younger teens visiting for sports tournament/training that were allowed to hang out in the restaurant. Ended up eating snacks in the room rather than having dinner in the restaurant.

Property was wonderful... some of the guests, not so much. People need to understand that a quiet zone is a quiet zone. yelling down the hall at 2 AM is not appropriate for any reason except possibly risk of life (not the case)

The room was good. No microwave. The mattress was so thick that my legs didn’t reach the floor and I am 5-11. It was way too high. I find this problem in many hotels. You can’t sit on the bed to watch TV or wear your socks or tie your shoes.

Still a good bet, but showing its age
We stayed at this Sheraton several time over the last 15 years. It is close to where we used to live. It is clean and comfortable with pleasant common areas. The bedroom was nice, but the bathroom could use retiling. It was definitely showing its age. Overall a good stay, though.

The hotel was very clean. The inside pool and hot tub is open 7am-10pm. We used the pool several times and when we checked out on Sunday at 11am we were allowed to hang by the pool for a few hours until we needed to head to our baseball tournament. The gym seemed nice but we did not get a chance to use it. Definitely a nice place to stay.
