“Great tucked away hotel”

“VERY NICE HOTEL”
The hotel was very nice and convenient
“Excellent”
This property is brand new. The rooms are clean, well decorated and spacious. The shower curtain rod bows away from the tub which provides additional room when showering. The bed was very comfortable and included foam and down pillows. I prefer down pillows! The heating unit kept the room temperature well regulated and the noise level from the heater didn't keep me up at night. The service desk people smiled and said hello, good morning, good night, good whatever every time I walked past them. At check out time the woman who checked me out asked me how my stay was and showed a genuine interest in my response. To me, that matters. I have been traveling for 7+ years and I have stayed at some of the finest hotels across the country. This hotel ranks up there with the best of them.

“Excellent hotel”
Although there was a problem with my room temperature, it was quickly fixed and the rest of my stay was quite comfortable. Great flat screen tv. When I went down to the lobby later in the evening to purchase a soda at the front desk, the manager said to enjoy it "on the house"--maybe because he recognized me from my earlier problem. Whatever the case, I'd definitely recommend this hotel, and will look for other Courtyards in the future.

“Quiet Retreat”
...Great customary Marriott Courtyard....very new, clean, all works, very quiet location with a nice patio out back with a firepit....Indoor pool and jaccuzzi, very clean...average breakfast ....Great room..... Desk folks were VERY attentive.....We were having a reunion after over 40years of not seeing each other in person....The deskclerk was so moved that she gave us each a free wine and wineglass..How NICE!!!... The roads can be a little tricky so plan your route ahead...If going westbound get off at king of prussia or you will have to go 15 miles further on turnpike before you can exit!! plan your route...But very worth the stay....

Stayed one night and had good experience. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
“Never Going back”
Upon checking in, we found that our room's floor was damp for about half the room. We had to rush out, and when we stopped by the desk, the only offer to remedy was to "switch rooms." Supposedly the water was a result of a leak from the air conditioner. We obviously couldn't switch rooms, but we were just met by dumb stares. Second, although I understand the tea in the lobby is complimentary, the water in the pot had not been refilled. Third, before trying to check out and leave, we tried to find information about taking the train to the airport (for another friend staying in a different room who needed quick assistance) but no information was available. Only after running to my room, failing to find the information myself, and running back to the front desk did she offer to help, which she did. Finally, and perhaps most egregiously, after we checked out we walked into a little courtyard area that was guarded by a fence. We realized when we were trying to go back into the hotel, however, that the door required a key. Moreover, the gate leading out of the enclosure did not open, so we were trapped. When we tried to tap on the window to get back in, we realized the woman at the front desk was not there and could not here us. After about fifteen minutes, the only way out it seemed was to climb over a nine-foot gate topped with spikes. While I was getting over, the front desk lady came out and yelled at us in an accusatory manner. I finally made it over with a ripped my shirt.
