“Convenient location”

Convenient location and comfortable. The only problem was that our room did not have a closet. I had no where to hang my suit.

“15 minutes to Longwood Gardens”

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight during our trip to Longwood Gardens. Very convenient when visiting Longwood. We appreciated the free hearty breakfast served everyday. Would come back.

Hotel added a small bar with sandwiches since last stay. A nice touch so you don't have to go out for something to eat and drink.

“Average Hotel Experience”

The Comfort Inn Brandywine Valley is clean and comfortable. Given the limited number of rooms in the immediate area, it's a good choice, but nothing beyond average when compared to hotels generally.

The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The people at the front desk were reasonably helpful, and we enjoyed the waffle maker at the breakfast buffet. Forget the pool.

Good location near where I was working. The room was clean and neat.

Overall characteristic is value. Room was well priced, clean and comfortable. Nothing special but it delivered what I wanted.

“Nice Place - 1st floor hot water issues - noisy fan (heater)”

Very nice place overall. However - our shower refused to get hot even after running for over 5 minutes. We were offered another room on the first floor, but we checked the water there and it had the same issue. After about 10 minutes of running, it did end up getting to a comfortable temperature. My other complaint is that the heater fan was so loud that it woke me up several times. Overall, good place, good breakfast - but if a loud heater blower bothers you, it may be an issue. Also, try to avoid the 1st floor, as I was told that this section of the hotel has a problem with the water getting hot.
