Not a resort by far. Staff not friendly smoking in areas where there should be no smoking. Signs are posted but not unforced. Had a room that overlooks the marina however huge truck right in front of my patio blocking the view of the marina(tow away sign right in front of my patio/porch) totally ignored Front Taft said “they” not to park there but people do it all the time. Mice feces on my screened in patio porch. No house keeping…. Not sure if section 8 resides there all year but seemed like it. Apparently disgruntled employee went on a shooting rampage. My heart goes out to the staff and those families that were affected to understanding a new owner had taken over. I really hope that the new owner could put together the staff and bring this resort back to what it should be. Really a shame not what was expecting since listed as a “resort” A Super 8 or Comfort Inn at best (but on a low scale) they did offer breakfast, which was just horrendous. Resturant had an odor to it. No air conditioning in the building was being fixed. Just horrible there is athey did offer breakfast, which was just horrendous. Resturant had a odor to it. Very nice ship store and boating education center at the marina. The area and locals fishing docks were very very nice local DEC we’re doing their jobs!

The setting of Port of Everglades Adventure Resort is beautiful, including a huge pool with lounge chairs and the marina just outside our door! It was an extra surprise to have a light breakfast included. We did have an issue with our room but it was quickly resolved. We would not hesitate to stay again when in the area.

Best priced lodging in this general area. Feels like this property is just a little past its prime: room was a bit dark (not enough windows); key/door lock doesn't work right.

The landscaping and outdoor spaces are beautiful. We waited a little while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. He did check first to make sure our room was clean, which I appreciated. We didn't use the pool or restaurant.The furniture, bedspread and towels were worn, but everything was clean. It's a 20 - 30 minute drive to any town for activities or food.OK stay for the short time we were there.

we arrived to check in after 5 and room was not ready. staff shortages, pissants in room, tv was not active and when we brought to attention we were told they would check on this while we were gone for the day. This never happened. Friendly tiki bar. Not a terrible place but needs work.

Under new ownership so things are a bit confusing for people! Had problem finding room, trouble getting into room and then AC wasn’t working! Had to get Manager who was able to fix it!! Restaurant food just so so!! Room a bit high for what we got!

this place is the most disgusting place I never seen in my life…. The mold smell it’s so strong, the room is dirty, n refund due to their nasty rooms. they just take your money and run. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE in the middle of nowhere with no restaurant or amenities around. The guy on the front was very friendly but he didn’t have no authority to make refunds.
