Good size room. Great, fresh breakfast. Modern furniture. My son can't wait to go back during the summer so he can enjoy the pool. I didn't like the bath sink. It's beautiful, but the countertop in front of the bowl is too wide for a 5' woman and a small child.

We were going on a cruise & in Miami & spent 2 nights before the cruise at the Hampton & had a terrific stay . It was only appr. 30 minutesl from Airport. The staff were super friendly & helpful, hotel was new, very clean rooms & breakfast was excellent Always had hot coffee,tea (no charge) & cookies after 5:00pm. Staff very helpful whan asked for restaurants, etc. Will defenitely stay at this hotel next time in Miami

“Best hotel I've ever stayed in!”

I've stayed in a lot of hotel rooms over the years and there have been some good ones. However, there are usually a few small things with each hotel I'd like to improve. That wasn't the case here. This hotel was excellent, from the extremely comfortable beds to the excellent breakfasts. The staff were helpful and friendly and the overall experience was 150% Five stars aren't enough, This hotel deserves six!

Nice Hotel-- very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. Would stay again.

“Great location for exploring the Everglades.”

Very clean and quiet. Excellent choice of places to eat, and easy access to the Everglades for a day trip. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and well serviced. Pool was clean and heated. There was a large beauty pageant there but you would not have known it--the meeting facilities were nicely separated from the rooms.

Excellent place to stay while visiting the Park. Proximity of Hotel to restaurants and Mall and Supermarkets was superb. Hotel was clean and inviting to guests.

“trendy but not boomer friendly”

Great hotel but not for those with any mobility issues. No grab bars by the toilet which was one of those low seated affairs. Better have good knees! Otherwise clean and comfortable - just not in the bathroom!

“Great hotel, very clean and comfortable”

My family and I went to this hotel on Feb 4-6 the week of the Super bowl. Although we thought this hotel was a bit far from Miami it was worth staying here. We were impressed with this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly upon entering and check inn. The lobby was very spacious, warm clean and welcoming. It had a sitting area with a TV as well as a station that was always set up with complimentary tea, coffee and cookies. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning that had everything from breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, cereal, croissants, danishes ect. And the breakfast area was very nicely decorated, open, clean and comfortable. They also had tables and chairs set up on outside close to the pool if you decided to eat your breakfast outside. The pool was heated and towels were provided. There was an ice and vending machine on our floor There was free access to internet and computers And the rooms were very nice. My husband and I stayed in a king size room. It was very nicely decorated, very modern and clean. The bathroom was a nice size and the room service and cleaners did a good job. The soft bed and the thick duvet was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would defiantly chose this hotel again.
