Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Moved rooms because the TV wasn’t working properly. It’s winter, the rooms are not at all kept warm. We were freezing when we got into our room, heater slow to warm up the room, and we couldn’t use the shower… terrible odour from the tub.

This is a rundown hotel that has an unsettling vibe to it. The buildings look to be about 30-40 years old, and have not been well maintained. With this review I have attached a photo of the outside door. Not the gap between the door and door frame where all the light is shining through. This is a place you should stay at only when no other options present themselves.
Notice the gap between the door and door frame? We sure did.

Its not even 1 star
This is not place that people who visit seattle for first time. It is cheap but not much I expected. No hair dryer on even motel these days? Bed condition is bad and my back is hearting.

Shower had no hot water, older motels share hot water tank with next room. Next door gad water running alot. 1 light out. , seedaylight threw doir. Cold that nighr. Ac/heater dail broken. Owner showed up. Couldn't speak english. Came in to look over. bo fridge or microwave . No coffee in office .used soap on sink. Sink, rb drains plugged. Stopper in sink brijen, nit clean.. motel beeds uodate. Looks like its from the 60s. Got inpression when we told persin upfront about shower. Big deal what do you want.

Never Again
Horrible place- run down- smells lingering. Needs a serious update or complete tear down and rebuild. Money spent and a night of my life I will never get back. Should have known when every other hotel/motel in area was sold out they weren't Pictures in Hotel.com posting were VERY misleading to the point of fraud at least the room and office I was in.

I did not like the dirty (blood)/worn out towels in the room. I did not like no working ice machine despite having an ice bucket in the room. After inquiring at the front desk and being directed to purchase it at a gas station, I was told they do have ice in blocks behind the desk and I should have asked. Why would I ask any further after being told where to buy it? I did not like no microwave or refrig in the room. I would have to ask to borrow the employee one at the desk which I found out upon check out. I did not like no tolley cart available while balancing my luggage so it did not roll down the steep parking lot. I did not like the curb not being I did not like the front desk NOT answering calls I did not like selecting a room with breakfast to be told no breakfast

The only thing that bothered us was a distinct smell of like a eucalyptus smell. We were unable to eat our food in the room because the smell was so strong.I dont know if it was some type of sanitizer used by housekeeping or what but it wasn’t a pleasant smell.

Pleasantly surprised
Very personable and professional at check in... I needed a little bit of extra time at check out and they were very accommodating. I will stay again when traveling in the area!!! I had mixed feelings of the area and high cte, yet tucked away where no other hotels are close by I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and overall quietness of the hotel. Great Job!!!

Cheap place for crashing out not bad
It was ok for just a place to sleep but thats it. The heater when it kicked on it blew out cold air and never really warmed up the place. The only good thing i could say it that it was close to food Wendys was just up the hill about a 4 minute walk if that and burger king was just across the road. The staff at the desk were very friendly.very nice ladies to deal with. But the room we were in just needed some maintenance on the heater.

Horrible experiance....dirty room nasty stains everywhere nothing worked properly fan was ready to explode in the bathroom cloths hanging area was broken and hanging off staff treated us horribly and no refund for our second night that we didnt stay... Would never recomend staying there

They were extremely rude and nasty. They ended up kicking me out and kept my $100 cash deposit.

We only kick people out that are 1.) not following the current Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. 2.) If you had multiple people in your room and not keeping a 6 foot distance.3.) Exceeding the amount of people in a single queen room (2 People for a single) and (4 people for a two bed) which is a violation of fire code. If you felt we were mean and nasty because we care about the safety, security, and health of our guests we are ok with that!
