First room we received had fluids spilled over floors and surfaces. Beds were made but sheets were dirty. Second room sheets looked dirty and bathroom had obvious signs of water damage that was not repaired. Doesn’t look like housekeeping cleans the rooms at all they just make up the beds and seems they use their own judgment if to change sheets or not. After receiving two dirty rooms we chose not stay and went across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn.

I specifically went with my child to use the pool and hot tub. Upon our arrival we were informed they were closed. We left after only 20 minutes of being there and refused a refund.

Felt extremely unsafe at this hotel with my family. There were people hanging around in the parking lot and in the hallways all throughout the hotel and our hallway smelled of fresh Cigarette smoke. We checked in around 5pm and decided to checkout and leave by 9:00pm. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A 1? And no follow up statement with what propelled you to rate our property a 1? Do you think that is a fair assessment without giving us a reason why? If in fact we truly did not meet any of your expectations, (which we highly doubt), how would you expect a property to strive for improvement without any details provided by you of why you rated us a 1. We are hoping that in your case, that our 1-5 rating system confused you, and you thought a 1 was excellent. So the general public will now assume that our property was perfection. To enlighten you, for future reference a 1 out of 5 is equivalent to a poor rating. Which we know at this property cannot be possible. But thank you so much for your vague input!

I experienced an incident where my key didn't work, and my girlfriend had locked the door from inside and fallen asleep. To avoid waking her up, I went downstairs to seek help. Wendy reissued the card, but it still didn't work. She mentioned that the door may have been locked from the inside and there was limited action she could take. I politely inquired if there was any way she could assist in opening the door, as other hotels typically have master keys for emergency situations involving children or other unlikely events. I questioned what the hotel protocol would be in such a scenario. Unfortunately, Wendy responded rudely, telling me to leave instead of trying to find a solution. Her behavior was unprofessional, and it indicated a lack of proper customer service skills for a receptionist role.

Property is situated in a shady area, making it feel unsafe to walk around. Dog area needs grooming, people don't pick up after their pets. There is nowhere to actually walk your dog. The room itself is satisfactory. My overall stay, felt unsafe at night.

Room was very small. Had an adjoining room door that you could hear everything going on in there and it went on all night. Bed was horrible. The sides of the mattress were firm but the middle was softer so it was very hard for me to get out of the bed
