“Awesome”

We expected to be comfortable in this Holiday Express. We chose it for its proximity to our newest grand-daughter, we had driven up from Sacramento to meet (age 3 days). We found the staff so nice and loaded with information. And the managers reception Tuesday--Thrusday was a very pleasant surprise. We had the opportunity to meet other travelers who were staying at the hotel and chat with them about business and tourism. It made our visit that much more pleasant having a friendly face to see when returning to the hotel.

“Really enjoyable stay!!”

I was actually pleasantly surprised. The hotel was everything I expected. I needed to stay in that area for the weekend and was torn between this and 2 other hotels and definitely think I made the right choice. The price was great, enormous king size bed, very clean room and great location for what I needed. Breakfast was pretty good and convenient. My only regret was not having a few minutes to check out the pool and hot tub...but my fault not theirs. The staff was great, even let me have late checkout. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely stay there again soon.

“Very clean hotel”

The room is clean.the beds are comfortable. My kids love the indoor pool. they tried to use the fitness room but only treadmill is available, the hotel may need to add more fitness equipment. Overall, it is a very nice stay in the hotel.

“Great Hotel and excellent breakfast!!!”

Great hotel and breakfast is great, not like other hotels that offer continental and just serve muffins and coffee. Would go back anytime. Clean room, clean sheets and great service!!!

“An excellent place to stay.”

I had a most enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express in Everett. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean - restful night. Pool and weight room was adequate for an overnighter. Got a short work out done! A great breakfast got me on my way bright and early. Overall and excellent place to stay while you are in the Everett/Seattle area.

“Would definitely stay there again”

Great hotel, breakfast was delicious, the only negative thing I have to say was the hot tub needed some maintenance, the first day we had to call someone to get the jets going and the second day the water was cold due to them changing it just prior to opening, could have been taken care of earlier. Overall our stay was great.

“Hard to Find, but Worth the Wait”

The hotel is in a confusing area, so it took us a few minutes to find it, but it was worth the search. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood, too. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Swimming pool out of use.”

We particularly looked for a hotel with a pool, (always do) or at least a hot-tub but when we got there they were both out of use. The receptioinst, though very pleasant, did not tell us on registration. We had changed into swim things then wondered if we needed towels. Fortunately my partner had the insight to call down and see if they supplied towels and it was then we found out the pool and tub were out of order. That was a bit disappointing.

“Very nice hotel”

Check in was simple and friendly...they had fresh fruit available at desk...free dvd movies to take back to your room....the room was very clean...we got a suite which had one bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area....the bed was very comfortable...and the pull out couch wasnt bad...the hide a bed was not made up, so we had to call front desk and they brought fresh sheets, blankets and pillow...and I had to make the bed myself..which wasnt bad...free wifi was great!! My daughter loved the pool and hot tub..very clean...the breakfast was sooooo yummy!! had a little something for everyone! The whole hotel was very clean and every member of the staff was welcoming and nice. The one thing is that I wanted bottled water...and all 3 floors vending machines were out of water...but the front desk gave me 3 bottles for free. Overall stay was very nice and comfortable...we will definately stay here again!
