We apologize that the cleaning policy was not explained better at check-in. We ask our guests to schedule cleaning requests with the friendly front desk team the day before a visit is needed. Visitors can get additional towels, linens, or toiletries from the staff at reception at any time. We hope you will allow us to host another stay for you again.

Checked in with our teenage girl for Oregon Relays. She turned on the TV and pornography was on the tv(seriously bad). There was still candy wrappers in the room but that took a back seat to the tv !!

Rooms are a little musty smelling but comfortable, lots of space and a nice kitchenette. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had lotion in the rooms.

Beautiful view of the river and park. The people that worked there were very nice and friendly. Did not take advantage of the gym and indoor pool and jacuzzi
but would have had the stay been longer. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. I would suggest they put a towel storage rack in the bathroom above the toilet for those of us who forget to grab a towel before taking a shower (they are stored under the sink outside the door).

The swimming pool and the hot tub was wonderful. the Clorine. was way to strong. They could use a lot less. It burn my eyes and it was hard on my breathing.at 65 yr old . I in joy the hot tube a lot . And Cats are welcome as well

We were passing through Eugene and this was the perfect place to spend the night:clean, spacious and very convenient! Very pet friendly and across the street from a park.A big bonus was that they even had a couple of gluten free options for breakfast!

At check in, front desk staff person Brian even remembered me by my first and last name. Quite amazing. We’ve stayed at this Eugene LaQuinta several times over the past decade, due to the staff, hotel location (convenient access to a major freeway, shopping and relatively close dining)

All was great until we woke up and there were ants crawling all over on the desk and in the bathroom with a few in the bed. They need to hire someone to handle the issue hopefully fast as that's unacceptable.

Jennifer, We contracted with a pest control company that makes monthly visits to our hotel. We contacted them immediately to inspect your room and address any reported issues. They also treat any rooms in the area and outside to be proactive. We apologize for this unusual activity and hope you will allow us to welcome you for another worry-free stay.
Staff was amazing with my late check-in and early check-out. Helped find me some food even though it was outside of hours, gave me a room "away from the louder visitors," etc. Just great.

The rooms are not at all sound proof.
I was woke up by simply walking on the floor above me. The building design in ineffective, not allowing its customers to sleep soundly.
No parking for moving truck in the parking lot.
My tub was not draining well. I had to take a shower with 6" of water in the tub.

I've had better but I've had worse the supply of pool towels was very under stocked. Should have had it supplied way better had to wait over 20 mins. for towels

The room was not cleaned, was dirty inside . The microwave was dirty inside. There were cobwebs all over, especially at the Soda machine. Just disappointing overall.

We stayed after the ice storm so I realize that some services were limited. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel rooms smell old. The pillows are horrible and beds are super soft if you like that. Found a hat left on side of bed when we checked in to room so I assume the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Meager amenities. Breakfast was basic. It presented like a budget hotel. I probably won’t book again here.
