We liked that it was close to the airport. We only stayed a very short time since we arrived late in the evening and had to leave at 5am the next morning. We'll hope to stay longer next time.

They had a very noisy crew on the parking lot at 7:00 AM cleaning the parking lot scraping dirt and water off the pavement. My room was right above where they were making so much noise with the scraping machine and back hoes. That was a ridiculous time to start that type of project. Especially when the customers are trying to relax and sleep.
The project should have been planned for later in the morning.

It is a nice and clean place to stay and easy to get to all kinds of shopping and food resources.
We stayed on a Friday and they were full so parking was a bit of an issue. Other than that it was nice.

Friendly staff, rooms and facilities were clean. I woke up to see I was by a creek with a walking path.

The location was not in a great area. There were homeless people congregated outside in the parking lot with their car blocking the loading area. Some were sleeping in the lot with their belongings. The hotel room itself was fine and the staff very welcoming. I would choose another location based off first impressions

The only thing we had a problem with was the firmness of the beds. Just too hard. A pillow topper would really help.

We did recently replace all mattresses, so it's possible it's still holding that new-bed firmness. We do apologize that it may not have been brought to your attention, but we do indeed offer mattress toppers upon request, we just don't have them for each bed.
