“convenient, comfortable.”

Great appartment hotel, big rooms, we had 2 bedrooms, clean, and conveniently located to our friends and DFO shopping centre. Coles and bottleshop under hotel. Staff at reception were not friendly, abrupt and were not up to speed on internet connection, when we had problems getting into parking area under hotel the staffmember was rude.

“not impressed”

Problems checking in at 9 pm.kept trying out of hours phone finally got an answer after 30 mins.The room was fine a little small.The shower leaked and created little stream which went out into the hallway.The second night about 2am there was a big fight further down the corridor went on for along time.Nobody from the apartments turned up it was left to me and a few other guests to ask these people to stop fighting.Not sure if there is a resident manager.
