Was not a fan of this place at all the room was so tiny we had to pretty much walk sideways! The tv would only work part of the time. The bathroom was gross.

There is a short for one of the lights and some remodeling in the bathroom. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

I was booked for two nights. After getting in my room, I decided one night there was going to be all I could do. It was booked through Expedia so a refund was not available, so I have to eat the cost, so be it. The property is old and dated. It appears updates have been attempted but it is too little too late. It may be time to start over with this property. The two staff I interacted with were polite and pleasant, so this is not a reflection on them. I booked this based on reviews and the cost. Money's short and times are hard and all that. You get what you pay for they say, I guess so. My second night was at another hotel, it cost more but was worth it for my peace of mind. TTFN.

Gross room
We traveled with our dog. Not sure if our room was gross because it’s a pet room but still the same rate as other. The room was very dirty. The baseboards alone had so much dirt in them they were black in some areas. The room was much too small for two beds, even though I booked a single queen room. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was pretty much nothing. Overall it wouldn’t be bad if it was cheaper. I felt because we had a pet we got the old dingy room at the same rate. Photos online are not even close to what our room was.

Hotel was renovated but the Reno was like a diy. The ac unit in the room was a small window unit inadequate for the room. There was a pile of construction debris on the side of the building. The area was iffy. Did no feel safe

The hotel room needs some updating. AC very noisey. My clock alarm went off at midnight that I didn't set. Not impressed. However, the bed was comfortable. Sabrina at the front desk was very friendly and informative to the upcoming concert. The reason for booking this hotel was it was a 4 min walk to the Fairgrounds for Keith Urban concert which was a bonus!

Noisy and ineffective window-unit air conditioning. The mattresses of both beds in our room were poor quality, too soft and sunken in middle. Some modern upgrades, such as sink and toilet, but overall average rating for the hotel.

Don’t stay!
Dead mosquitoes on nightstand and also on the beds. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned or the bed sheets changed. The price was too expensive for the room and conditioned it was in. The free “breakfast” was a joke. Would not stay here again or recommend this place.

I need information on how to get a refund for this charge. I had reserved a handicap accessible room as my mother had just been discharged from a 2 week hospital stay for major surgery. The room we were given was a bit larger maybe but the bathroom had a tub basin shower, NOT handicap assessable and we could not stay there. We had to go to a neighboring hotel instead. Please let me know what I need to do to get my money back. Thank you!

My first night in the Army was better.
The tv in my room did not work. The breakfast was bread and bagels but the toaster did not work and there was no waffle batter. The staff were borderline sullen. Don't go there.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Staff is always nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is a little underwhelming. Not much to choose from. But not a big deal. Overall a nice place to spend a couple nights.

It was under construction and the halls were a mess. You could hear banging/thumping into the night. Our room was fairly clean but we were on the ground floor and had 2 windows and neither had locks on them, they were just gone! There was a 3 inch gap under our door, there was a hole in the tub covered by black gorilla tape, the website says breakfast buffet and there was absolutely nothing for breakfast and the 2 coffee carafes were empty! Huge waste of $100. I didn't bother speaking to management because based on the reviews and the way it looked around there, it doesn't make a difference. Sad....Never again.

Traveling through
Great place to stay for the night! We were traveling through the U.P. and needed a place to stay with our dog. This hotel was near many restaurants and stores. The employees were incredibly friendly, place was clean and we were able to sleep comfortably.
