I have never been more appalled by the condition of.a hotel I stayed in. While the beds and bedding themselves were clean, one room reeked of cigarette smoke, the other pot. The pillows were inadequately small. The size of throw pillows, not standard bed pillows. There were holes in the bathroom wall. We ended up getting up at 5am and leaving early.

My shower didn’t spray. The water was just coming out like a pour, not a spray. I only needed the room for a few hrs to sleep then jump back on the road so l didn’t complain.

Really good hotel for the price you pay. The restaurant has Excellent food and the workers in there bust their butts, last night was super busy and food came out perfect and hardly a wait.

Totally disgusting property. The room was cruddy, filthy, old, dilapidated, dirty floors, filthy rugs, the sink counters, the bath and shower areas were heavily stained, and basically this room was just not fit for humans. It reeked of disease, insect and insect feces were everywhere on the floor. There is a gaping hole in the bottom of the outside door. The AC/heater didn’t work we froze. The walls had marks, blood stains and holes in them and to top it off. We ended up with bedbug bites. Totally totally disgusting.

Bathroom was dirty with mold, floors not washed, sheets not changed. Even when asked to do the cleaning it was not done where I felt comfortable using the shower or sleeping under the coves.

We were late because we had car trouble. The man that was there to check us and was wonderful. We got to the room and I opened the drawer between the beds and it was full of garbage. Old cigarette packages trash. The floors were so dirty that the children's feet and socks were black. It was a smoking room and there were no ashtrays and I feel terrible because I had to leave cups full of cigarette butts there. The worst thing was that we had been gone and stopped on the way back to get a couple extra towels. The man at the desk berated us like we were trying to steal his towels and said it was our responsibility to bring back the ones we had used. I really thought that's what housekeeping was for. This man was a very rude.

Horrible SHOULD BE SHUT… checked in ok, was exhausted went right to sleep… woke to no hot water… black mold all over room… exposed wiring…. Filthy sheets and covers… hvac disgusting… filth in every corner….How is this place allowed to operate…. I have photos… if I knew how to post them I would… holding my breath for refund

One of the worst I have ever stayed at. Got to our room very late on cold night and our room was freezing. Like in the 50s at best. Ran the heat all night and never got warm. Room was dirty and if I could have gone somewhere else at that time of night I would have. Avoid at all cost.

For one the outside of the building wasn’t very clean for two in between the building was a swamp and then the heater didn’t work very well in the room breakfast. They need to offer more options and more room for doing breakfast. Would I stay there again no.

The first room had what looked like blood splatter on the walls. Then what appeared to be a cockroach crawled across the floor. If I wasn't 2 hours from home in the middle of a snow storm, I would have drove home. I asked for another room without bugs. Well, the second room had dead bugs at least. They were stuck in the cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The heat barely worked. I also have a handicap in my foot and there were no elevators. Only outside stairs in the freezing cold. This is secondary to the filth and bugs, but I had to wait for an hour and a half for a working TV remote control. I should have had a refund of my money.

Hotel (rather motel) gas exterior doors.hallways inherently making it susceptible to loud noise. The bathroom and vanity area walls were dirty, cracked and stained. The shower tub had various dirt spots and stains on the floor and the walls. All of the features in the room except the bed floor and TV were dated and looked to be decades old. They did offer a free breakfast but that was just very basic food. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Hotel from Hell!
I would never recommend this location. First, the TV and phone didn't work. The bathroom was so unclean and stained it was disgusting. We demanded a new room which they did provide - the tv worked but not the phone and the bathroom was slightly better than in the first room. We travelled all day and were tired so we didn't want to start looking for another hotel - I now wish we had.

Finally a hotel room that lives up to its name
I stay at many hotels for business, and tend to stay on the budget side of rooms. And this is by far the best one I’ve had in a long time very comfortable everything worked, power where needed to be clean and efficient. Thank you.

Looks like a very low end place which may provide space for sketchy types. TV has limited channels and the tv viewer guide requested at the front desk does not match up with the channels on the tv. When noted to the front desk, nothing happened. I made a very bad choice picking this motel and Expedia made a bad choice representing this motel on its website. Unfortunate.

Manager was the worst person I have ever spoken to and refused to give me his name or his superiors! Place was filthy with feces and blood, they tried giving us another room but that was also dirty! I asked for a refund and they pretty much laughed and said not his problem and lesson learned. I needed up going somewhere else and paying for another hotel. Thai was by far the worst experience I have ever had!
