“Clean and comfortable”
A perfect spot to stop on a long drive - the hotel was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast buffet was a nice bonus.

“Pleasantly surprised.”
A great spot for a girls shopping trip. Close to all Erie shopping and just over an hour from Grove City. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was busy in the morning with all of the buses that were using the hotel, but we were able to get a table without much wait. The food was terrific, hot and cold choices, lots of beverage selection and the people serving the food were very quick and accomodating. We are looking forward to returing again.
“Very Impressed”
We only stayed for one night so we didn't experience the full amenities of the hotel but overall the service was great, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect. We had a room that overlooked the highway, but the noise was not discomforting and earplugs were provided for light sleepers. Overall the hotel was perfect!
“Very homey experience”
I don't travel a lot, so I was pleasantly surprised at the homey feel fo the Hampton Inn. The bed was extremely comfortable (not like other hotel beds I've slept on), and downstairs, the couch, tv, tables and chairs with breakfast served every morning almost felt like I was in my own home. The hotel itself is just the right size, not too large to make you feel like you're in a convention center. My room was right off the elevator, so I had a very short walk from the lobby to my room, and I felt secure (I was traveling alone). The place was spotless.
“Great hotel for the price!!”
I would definitely go back to the Hampton Inn in Erie. The hotel staff were some of the most friendly and helpful that I have met in a long time. The room was clean and nice. Good pool and gym. The breakfast buffet was what you would expect for the money....so in that case it was fine. The waffles were especially good! I think you can't beat this hotel for all the amenities and the reasonable price. My only complaint (and it's not much of one!) is that the pillows were a bit too fluffy for me. I will remember to bring my own next time but this is only personal preference and not the hotels fault. We will be staying at the Hampton Inn when we go back next month.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. it it close to everything, malls restaurant freeways. Staff was friendly and gave excellent service. I left a couple of articles of clothing there I called them and they mailed it to me , out of the USA . I offered to pay the postage and when I went to pick it up it was already paid. That's is excellent customer service. I plan on staying there in the future.
“Excellent quality for a decent price”
I was going to book a more expensive room elsewhere. I decided that the Hampton Inn was more reasonably priced and in a good location for where we needed to be. I was pleasantly surprized at the cleanliness and quality of the room compared to others I had booked. I was very pleased and I would stay at this Hampton Inn again.
