We stayed twice at the Siri on our Thailand trip, and had an excellent and consistent experience both times. Very generous rooms accommodated our family of five easily, and we were grateful for the space, great food, great location (10 min walk to BTS) and impeccable service. Wouldn't stay in a hotel again given the facilities at Siri - it'll be a benchmark for all other 2 bed stays. Only criticism would be the unnecessarily deep swimming pool, which isn't really suitable for relaxing with families. Would stay again if heading to Bangkok no question.

Stayed a night and was pleasantly surprised. A suite which was an absolute steal in a convenient location, minutes walk from mrt station, on a quiet street. Clean and comfortable I would return for more stays.
Stayed in a family suite with our family - two adults and 3 children - third child on fold out bed . Room very spacious and clean / lots of room to spread out . We all enjoyed the pools every morning and afternoon . Easy walk to transport , cabs also very cheap for travel . About 40 min from airport in taxi .
Good location, medium length stroll to the interesting bits of Bangkok (or a few mins in a taxi w/o traffic). Upon arrival I was personally greeted by the friendly Australian manager who apologised for a brief power outage (which didn't seem to actually have any effect on hotel facilities as far as I could tell, there was a backup generator). Had a cold drink at the check in desk ready for me. Complimentary SIM card with some credit which was perfect for my 30 hour stopover. Facilities were excellent, rooftop pool and mid sized gym. Room was very clean, spacious, bed comfortable. Excellent value for money.
I have been coming to this hotel since before it was taken over by Furama, it consistently satisfies my needs and is in an excellent location, even though it may seem to be in the middle of nothing when you arrive! The area is comparatively quiet and has improved quite a lot in the past couple years (as evidenced by the brand new Holiday Inn just around the corner) and several decent restaurants have also popped up. It is very conveniently located near the Chong Nonsi BTS station and is a fairly easy walk to the Patpong night life. I have never felt unsafe walking these streets at night though there are several signs warning to watch out for bag snatchers (usually they are on motorbikes - just keep your bag on the opposite side).
I was given an upgrade to the larger room with separate living and bedroom - I had only booked a standard room. This was an unexpected surprise and I had not even asked for one, I don't know if it was because they had record of my previous stays over the years or if it was because that day happened to be my Birthday when I checked-in. Regardless it made sure I will be staying there again in the future!
I find I enjoy the tranquil swimming pool area, it is a small oasis of cool water and green trees and never seems to get too crowded (i always manage to get a sun lounge ) i also like the small sauna which is always clean and heats up quick if it isn't already hot.
The breakfast is standard fare for Thai hotels (which means quite good). Eggs to order:)
