Hotel and staff was great - for rooms facing Michigan Avenue consider sound proofing the windows - the cars are so loud and could hear it all night ! But service and stay over all was great

Friendly and helpful staff, super comfy rooms and bed! Walked everywhere- easy walk to museum/aquarium, shopping, dining etc. will definitely be back!
