“Would love to stay here again”
Everything was great!! The free breakfast was perfect and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly.
“Good Value for Lodging in Ellensburg, WA”
Conveniently located, just off freeway but no freeway noise. Great restaurant on site. Big portions and very reasonable. Wonderful amenities, indoor pool, spa and a simple yet satisfying continental breakfast. Rooms OK. Could use more firm pillows.
“Convenient”
OK for a quick night stay, maintenance a little lacking but the quick response for taking care of issues was great.
“Over nighter.”
We just needed a place to crash after the "Coldplay" concert! We did have a nice breakfast at the restaurant that morning before leaving.
“Fine Hotel”
The Hotel was fine. It was clean and it was quiet. It was nothing to write home about, but the service was excellent. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and worked around a very late check in. It was much appreciated.
“Good For A Night”
Nice place for a night while traveling, however not a single piece of fruit at continental breakfast!
“Adaquate”
The hotel was a bit over priced for the condition and quality. Tho the room was clean, it was quite small. A restaurant was part of the building but room service was not available. No information about the hotel services was available in the room. The meal I did go down for at the restaurant was also just mediocre for the price. Overall, clean, but disappointing for the price.
“Perfect for a night”
Beds were comfortable. Convenient to I 90. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that Expedia has a continental breakfast included on their site and there wasn't one but restraunt in hotel was good.
“Need to improve maintenance at this hotel.”
The hotel was maintained in a lack luster fashion, the flowers at the front door were dying from lack of attention. Our room was clean but the old roof leaks had stained the ceiling and walls. The wallpaper peeled away from the wall and had long ago dried in place. The shower head leaked a hard spray of water that had access to get into the walls and create another water issue in the room. Maintanence is poor.
“Ellensburg Quality Inn- worth the money”
Desk/clerks were very friendly and eager to please. But with a full hotel, I think it was hard to always follow through. Fan wasn't working in bathroom, so it would get very muggy after a shower, and the mold grew quickly on the ceiing. For the price point, it was a good hotel. Good restaurant with great beers on tap.
