Good hotel Cponvenient ot central parts of Elko Service was good Staff was egar to make my stay satifactory.

“Old hotel with character”

The room was clean although the walls were thin and we could hear people passing in the hallways. The coffee shop/restaurant was okay and the casino and its sister casino across the street were fun. Look for the 10ft tall polar bear! Some unsavory characters in the neighbourhood but no trouble and a more interesting place than a chain motel on the fringes of town.

“Wouldn't recommend”

We visited this hotel on our way through Nevada on a road trip. It is not clean, the sheets and comforters had mysterious holes, and the TV was ancient. That said, the people were very friendly, even if slightly unprofessional. We only stayed for one night, and for the price, it wasn't so bad. Still, were I to do this again, this would not be the hotel of choice.

“worst hotel ever”

the airconditioning didn't work, the beds were old and uncomfortable, the room was dirty and unkempt, and the locks on the doors were falling off. Terrifying stay in the worst hotel ever.

“Will not return, GROSS”

The staff was very rude. I called to ask how to call out on the phone and the desk clerk said, "come down and use the pay phone." then she hung up on me. The sheets had stains on them... GROSS! The wall paper was peeling off the walls and the room was dirty. It was a very rough stay.

“HORRIBLE!!!”

This hotel was terrible. We stayed here several times ten years ago. Nothing has been done since probably including shampooing of the carpets. The carpet was stained, candy wrappers were on the floor, burn holes in the bed spread, the toilet did not flush properly and the bathroom was completely worn out. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was hair in the sink. We were only staying one night and exhausted from travel or we would have changed hotels for sure. We were told they are ready to remodel rooms 40 at a time so if you can be sure you get one of these you may be ok.
