From the moment I walked in, this felt like the best hotel for my first time in Barcelona. Marina checked me in and offered an upgrade to my room. She then showed me the local map, and explained all of the different areas for tourists, the best local food spots, and also the best way to get around the area. The room itself was quiet, clean and modern. The housekeeping team kept the room fresh and fully stocked every single day. Sometimes I felt like they even cleaned the room twice per day! I felt that my belongings were safe in the room as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

We didn’t stay long, as there was a fire alarm raised we had to leave the room quickly and to gather at the reception, We where explained what happened and since the electricity was switched off for the night we moved to another hotel. Overall the hotel management handled the incident in a satisfying and professional way.
