“Will Return”

We were treated with the utmost repect and dignity by every employee of the hotel. We arrived extremely late and were treated like special guests from the minute we entered the hotel. The breakfast was all we could want and more and the staff were very helpful and cordial. The hotel and pool area were extemely clean, well maintained and close to all we needed or wanted. We will most definitely return to this hotel in the future.

“Great hotel next to the Sun Bowl”

Great location on the UTEP campus, a short 10 minute walk to the Sun Bowl. After the game, we walked back to the Hotel and went swimming, watching the traffic jam from the pool!

“Some what displeasure.”

Hotel was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing. My wife, a Diabetic, tried to eat 2 Hotcakes. She took 2 bites said they had no taste and did not eat anymore. We were still charged $12.95, even explaining my wife's displeasure. All the Waitress said, sorry but I have to charge her anyway.Plus we had Room Service. My wife had the Chicken Salad and I had the Quarter Pound Hamburger. My Hamburer buns were so hard I couldn't eat it. Needless to say I never ate at the Hotel again. As a former Hilton General Manager, I think your GM should consider reviewing their food, maybe not Breakfast, maybe he or she could come with a better way to serve their Burgers.

Hotel was in a very secure neighborhood, with a varied choice of shopping within walking and driving distances.Easy access to interstate routes to downtown. suburban shopping centers and malls. The building and grounds are very well kept. The restaurant is a little pricey, with a limited menu, but all items on the menu are delicious. we enjoyed our trip and we plan to return, for pleasure instead of business next time. We were born and raised in El Paso; still have family in the area and are familiar with the El Paso area.

“Good stay near UTEP”

The hotel was very nice, clean and relatively convenient for driving to amenities. Staff was courteous and professional. We had to check out early due to a change in plans - there is a no refund policy that was a gotcha.

Very nice accomodations! Okay staff. Clean rooms. I would have liked something for breakfast even if just coffee and toast. Only coffee was provided free of charge. They had a nice refereshment table with cookies and egg nog. I will stay there again!

The hotel is convenient to shopping, airport, univeristy. The hotel has a great view of Juarez, which is pretty at night. I felt very safe while staying at the hotel.
