“Hôtel El Kantaoui, Sousse, Tunisie”

Nous avons été déçus de l'hôtel dans son ensemble face au constat des points suivants : - Mauvais accueil, bcp d'attente au bureau d'accueil, lenteur et "jm'en foutiste" du personnel - Il était prévu une chambre, nous avons cru être dans l'hôtel avec vue sur piscine nous avons été placés dans un bungalo, à part, pourvu d'une petite terrasse fermée sans aucune vue, quelle déception ! - Il a été compliqué d'avoir une télécommande pour la climatisation "payante" !! - La télévision "payante" également ! sous caution - Minuscule réfrigérateur en mauvais état de fonctionnement - L'ameublement de la chambre extrêmement rustique, la salle de bain vieille - Vieux tapis poussiéreux et cheveux partout (salle de bain et chambre) - Pendant plusieurs jours, repas répétitifs jska la plainte d'une famille Belge qui a entrainée une amélioration radicale, - La qualité des produits très basse (beurre, pain, faux coca etc..) Je précise que pour 75 € / jour (1/2 pension) sans droit aux extras, nous avons été terriblement déçus de l'ensemble des prestations proposées par cet hôtel, à tel point que nous avons décidé de demander une remise exceptionnelle ou un geste sur le prochain voyage que nous ferons. Notez que nous sommes fidèles à Expédia, nous sommes partis à Hammamet également par votre intermédiaire. Nous avions été enchantés de ce précédent voyage. Nous espérons donc le geste escompté, au vue du rapport "qualité/prix". Salutations.

Hotel proche d'un hall de gare bruyant et au confort très limité. Prix du WiFi exorbitant et marchant mal.
