there was a lot of things that need to be fixed. missing base boards, Hot tub the bubbles did not work. there was no shower Curtin on my shower. TV remote did not work right.

Shower had plenty of hot water. Good breakfast selection. Things that need improvement-beds were hard. No baseboards in first floor hallway like they remodeled and forgot about that part.

An average property. Awkward to get into the building as it is long and has parking on one side only making for quite a walk from cat to door. In a three day stay I had no housekeeping at all. Breakfast was mediocre, staff was very friendly. No views, one side has utility pylons, the other a nursing home. Ok, if you need a bed in El Dorado, but there are newer, tidier, and, less expensive options with character. Don't wait till the last moment to book, choice is limited at holiday time on south Arkansas.

Terrible housekeeper
The sheets on the bed was dirty, so they gave me another room. After the first night the house keeper took the sheets off beds and didn't replace them.I got back to my room to a bed without sheets and pillows without pillows cases, they didn't take out the trash or exchange the bath towels. Definitely will never stay there again. The staff at the front desk and over breakfast was very friendly and did an excellent job but the housekeeper did a terrible job.

When getting into bed the first night, ants were crawling all over the bed. The manager DID come up with spray and killed the ants. The next day, the suitcases had been gone through and prescription medication was missing from a new prescription. Manager said they would “talk to the maid”. No attempt was made to partially refund or comp the rental. We have stayed there previously because of it being a convenient location. Probably will not stay there again.

The little lady at check in was wonderful! So congenial and polite. Check out lady was a completely different story. Never said a word to us. The lady in the breakfast area was rude and never turned her phone down while she watched something nor did she take it from her face. Asked a question and had my head snapped off. Coffee spilled in front of check out desk and they are walking around it.

The 4th vacation
It was a very pleasant stay, I enjoyed the breakfast and loved the coffee. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. They were doing renovations, but it took nothing away from the comfort and service.i will be staying next time we come to El dorado.

Check in: Good. Very nice gentleman. Then my co-worker checked in right after me and he booked her into the same room (we paid for two), causing her an extra trip back downstairs. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast: There's a McDonald's just own the street if you like your hot foods hot.
