"This isn't a cheap hotel to stay at and I expected a lot more from it. I would say its a 3 star certainly not 4.
After reading reviews before booking i saw that there were a lot of reviews on the food being good however this was not the case I was served raw chicken at lunch time, the food was repetitive and cold unless you got to the restaurants as soon as they opened you may get lukewarm food.
The pool bar was only occasionally open and when it was the drink machines didn't work, same for the main bar and drinks in the restaurants, nothing seemed to fully work.
The restaurant staff are rude and nasty and don't appreciate some guests medical needs and abilities.
The check in staff were lovely and helpful, however when we got to our room the door wouldn't work but maintenance were quick to sort this.
Housekeeping did a good job however we asked them several times for more soap and it took 3 times of asking to get any. The whole place though could do with a lick of paint and a refresh.
The hotel location is good but that's about the best thing it has going.
Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel."

"The hotel is huge and a bit old, some parts feel like 90ties, but overall good experience. The price beats little flaws.
Location is amazing, right on the beach and in national park. The dunes are right outside the hotel. We'll be back once we visit Fuerteventura."

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."
