"Great stay! We will be back. The diving shop next door was amazing. Huge asset to the hotel. The food was good, not amazing, but very good for the cost! Definitely worth getting the royal room, as the rooms are quieter and having seating at the restaurants was very handy. The beach towel card system is hilarious and unnecessary, but it is what it is. The beach chairs don’t lay totally flat, so that was disappointing and not the most comfortable. But overall it was a wonderful budget trip that felt better than we paid for!"

"This might just be the best vacation experience we've ever had. We traveled to Cozumel with a large group (4 adults, and 7 teens/early 20's). This house and property completely exceeded our expectations. First, Jasianna, our host, was incredibly gracious, helpful, and responsive. Her recommendations for chef service were spot on (both the hibachi experience and the mexican barbeque were phenomenal), she also had great recommendations for taxi service, excursions, and arranged for grocery delivery for us. Because of this, we didn't feel we needed to rent a car, which saved us both money and hassle. Second, the house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and extras like a small cooler, a soccer ball, etc that made the trip feel more like home. And, it was spotless - seriously the cleanest VRBO I think we've ever had anywhere. The layout was great, we especially loved the 2nd story deck for unwinding after an active day. And, with 11 people, there were plenty of bathrooms, which was important! Third, the location is perfect. The community is quiet and safe, with a shared pool, beach and dock. The security guards were super helpful and friendly, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. It was walking distance to a great beach club (Paradise) where we spent a fun all-inclusive day, and also walking distance to the BEST taco stand. 10/10 highly recommend this property for your next trip!"

"This was our 2nd stay at Villa Vista Delmar and won't be our last!!!!... We were with friends and family ..plenty of room for all our age groups. with a fully stocked kitchen, there were a few minor issues however they were addressed and dealt with quickly By Mario Yet again a wonderful stay until next time..Many thanks"
