“Perfect to catch your flight”
The hotel has a perfect location if you want fly from Eindhoven. The rooms are really nice, perfect bed! Breakfast is also greatl.
“Disabled room at Novotel Eindhoven - very good facilities”
Disabled room is a good sized wet room with shower with a hose and also a fixed head so you can switch between them both. No rails here but hotel say they have a shower chair although I didn't need to use it as I'm OK standing. Sink is fixed and a bit high but with enough room to get a chair under it. Toilet is on the high side (typical disabled loo) and has adjustable handrails. Bed it at OK height to transfer using a banana board. Parking is right outside, disabled space is fine. All in all, a good place to stay!
“Close to Airport”
Very close to Airport and to the standard you would expect from Novotel Group. Original room allocated turned out to have not been serviced but alternative soon found and situation resolved. Very friendly and helpful staff.
“Good hotel in pleasant surroundings close to airport”
From the description, we thought the hotel was close to the PSV stadium. However, it is actually close to the airport. Having said that, the hotel itself is very well appointed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good size and well organised with an excellent shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The landscaping is skillfully done so that the restaurant views are towards trees and swmming pool and there was no reminder that it was close to the airport. Good selection for breakfast. Bus stop a short walk away with buses to centre every 15 minutes.

“not your normal novotel”
We chose this hotel because it was quite close to the Eindhoven airport. And we learned that this was the only good aspect. In fact, if we didn't have a car, it would be difficult to get there because it is in a highway intersection. The manager herself checking us in was incredibly rude as opposed to the rest of the staff. The toilet in the room was separate from the bathroom which was annoying.
