“Great Breakfast...:) Not Great Service...:(”

I was not impressed when the guard told us at curbside to move the car into the garage without the ability to unload luggage for check-in. Ultimately, we got service to assist in checking-in but then the manager who apparently looked into the matter came back just to tell us that someone had said we made it up.....that was not exactly hotel hospitality......... staff helpful, very comfortable, phenomenal breakfast, not good waiter service.........oh, gym cost $15/day... Love to stay in Israel!!!

“Like a Sheraton”

The hotel is in the midst of a badly needed refurbishment. The areas that have been done, like the fitness room, are top notch. On the lodging floors, the carpets are shabby and the rooms themselves are out of date, although reasonably clean. The breakfast was good. It was annoying to have to go all the way around the hotel to get to the beach, even though direct access should have been possible from the pool area.
