Wonderful staff, exceptionally clean rooms
Melissa at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. We had a mix up with our older/teenage daughter’s room being on a different floor and she made sure to get us side by side rooms. We really appreciated the extra effort to make it happen. Rooms were both exceptionally clean as well

The smell in the main lobby was overwhelming and potent. The coffee machines in the rooms are terrible. It wouldn't hurt to have a couple real glasses or mugs, not just those tiny and cheap plastic ones

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! Please avoid this hotel at all costs. My family and I recently stayed there. I had a confirmed reservation with a price from Expedia, but the hotel overcharged my card by a significant amount. Expedia contacted the hotel four times to get the hotel to refund the extra amount they overcharged but the hotel refused to cooperate with me or Expedia and did not even make their manager available. I spent countless hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia, and the hotel refused to return my money. SHAMEFUL!!!

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is right off the TransCanada highway, but noise was not a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay. If I was to offer something negative it would only be the poor quality srambled eggs in the morning. I would much prefer the use of real eggs.

Room had several problems . Lamps with live wires hanging out of them (personally got shocked ) blood the walls , room not cleaned (cans from previous guests still on the floor ) when problems were brought to management no solution or discount was offered
