“Best in Edmonton”

My boyfriend thought he lost his glasses one night. The staff were very helpful. They got us a cab to stop by at the 24/7 Shoppers Drug Mart. And they did a very nice follow-up the next day.

Great Value. Enjoy the hotel when ever we stay there (3 times this summer) Great beds, shower and salt water pool. Also very handy to shop eat etc.

This is an excellent hotel. The location is great, the rooms are great, the Sunday morning brunch is great. And they let you bring your pets. Of all the times I've stayed here, I've never had a bad experience.

“An Albertan Extremely Pleased with Staycation”

First of all I was really pleased with how quickly the front desk clerk checked us in. The room itself was immaculate,and same with the bathroom. The Bed was so comfortable I accidentally had an unplanned nap. I thought I'd be going for a "quick" dip in the hotels pool, but I loved it so much I lounged around for over an hour.

WAS GREAT - WISH I HAD KNOWN THAT PARKING FOR THE NIGHT WAS ALMOST $30 - MAY HAVE CHOSE DIFFERENT LOCATION IF I KNEW HOW MUCH PARKING WAS. ALL IN ALL, I DID LIKE UNDERGROUND PARKING (ESPECIALLY DOWNTOWN EDMONTON). HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND ROOM PRICE WAS SUCH A GOOD DEAL :)

Great service and an excellent value. I would agree with others though that the parking situation is not good. The hotel charges you $26 to park on the lot beside the hotel when it only costs you $15 to do yourself. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly for the great price through Expedia.

Really enjoyed staying here. Will be back to the Westin next time we are in town. Specially after just having stayed at the Raddison this past weekend. Yuck. The Westin really is a great hotel.
