Too expensive.

Cons: Prices should be lower.
The stay was ok. A little pricy. We got back to the room quite late and tired and were late getting up in the morning and found out that our breakfast coupons(only2) were useless to us because breakfast was over at ten and brunch was starting at 10:30. We left without using them. Disappointing. Over priced.

A nice, affordable hotel

Not the Four Seasons, but a nice and affordable hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Best thing is that they have a good restaurant for a real breakfast, a good dinner and room service.

Nice hotel

Pros: The friendly, outgoing staff. The complimentary buffet. We will definitely stay there again.
Cons: Would have been nice to have a gift shop
Despite others disliking being close to the trains, our 2 1/2 grandson LOVED watching the trains!!! We were at the end of the hotel and could see the coming and going of the trains. The joy in watching our grandson was worth listening to the trains.

Get to the front desk everything goes normal as I would expect, get keys off to my room open the door and someone is already in there, go back down get another room now the keys do work anymore repeat this about three times back and forth trying to get the cards checked and chick at front desk looks clueless and doesn't really care. I was ready to walk out then it finally got the keys working. Later on leave to go get food, come back and the keys don't worm anymore smh.

Nice hotel friendly people

Nice hotel with a frienndly staff we had a great stay and I would recommend this hotel. We stayed one night and decided to stay a second night. It was a great price for how nice and clean the rooms are this being said when we go back again we will be staying there again.

Great location for restaurants

Pros: The rooms were well kept
Location: Great restaurants close by, and a shopping mall only minutes from the hotel
We spent 2 nights at the sawridge and had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had lots of room. Very well kept building inside and out. The lobby and hotel had some beautiful art displayed all around.The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and had a variety of items to choose from, hot and cold. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We would stay again when we go back to the city.

just an average hotel that could use some upgrades

Pros: no comment
Cons: bathtubs difficult to get in and out, paint bubbling
Location: have to chance your life to cross the busy highway to walk to any restaurants or stores
charged my credit card for incidentals that I never used without telling me and when I got home I saw this and called to ask why I was charged they said they do that to everyone but I should have the money back within a week. First time this has happened to me in a hotel.

We apologise that we did not communicate about the incidental charg/ hold on your credit card during your check-in. This is a small hold over and above your room and tax which allows you to enjoy some other services in the hotel like room service, in-room movies, telephone calls etc. This minimal fee is just a hold and not a charge and gets released after your check out. This practise is exactly the same as rental car companies do. We do apologise that we missed to inform you of this hold upon check in. We hope this does not deter you to come back and stay with us again. We truly hope you give us another chance. Regards

Nice clean hotel

Pros: Location to south end
I was apprehensive in choosing a new hotel but after reading the reviews, I decided to give this hotel a try. It was very clean and modern. The beds were firm but comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice added touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Hotel

Pros: The restaurant/lounge staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No shuttle service.
Location: Some restaurants within walking distance. Busy freeway area.
The stay was fine. I did not rent a vehicle based on the experience of a friend and so found it somewhat disappointing that there is no longer shuttle service. Overall a good hotel.
