Upon arrival the property looked old and grimy with a lot of clutter in the office area and the main foyer smelled strongly of cigarettes to top it all off There was an issue with my booking that the staff were not equipped to fix.

This is a much older hotel - however, the rooms were semi-upgraded - nice beds and pillows and clean. Bathroom is very small. Lobby and Front Desk area could do with a bit of a refresh. It met my expectations, breakfast was acceptable (eating area very small and congested though) and I would stay here again because of the reasonable price and it was not noisy.
