“friendly helpfull service”

I was very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we got there we were treated very well and they bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

“Outstanding Personnel and Service”

The purpose of our stay in Edmonton was to attend the funeral of my sister. She had been an outstanding cook and we had a dish that we wanted to prepare for the reception (as a surprise for her family) following the funeral service and the staff were extremely receptive and allowed us the use of the kitchenette area to do the preparation which was most generous. We have stayed at this hotel previously and were very impressed with the staff at that time. Accolades to the staff!!!

“Good Hotel”

The hotel was nice. It was a little over priced if you ask me. Also, the staff seemed a little annoyed we booked with Expedia. And we have not received a receipt even though we asked.

“Good Value”

Good hotel for the cost, only a few years old and in very good condition. Ideal for business or low-cost travel. Fast, free wireless internet in room. Busy on weekends with teams. Average continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants and big-box shopping. Easy to find hotel location. Will stay again.

“It's okay...”

No complaints. Certainly not a luxury hotel, but if all you need is the basics, then you can't go wrong here. My only hesitation on returning is due to an issue at check-in. I was given my keys, went up to my room, and found the room full of another persons valuable items (laptops, cameras, etc.). I returned to the Front Desk and they laughed the matter off, as if this type of this happened frequently. (I wasn't really inconvenienced by the situation, however, if someone less honest had been given the key to a strangers room... who know's what could happen.) I would have assumed that the matter would have been taken more seriously.

“Ok for business travel.”

It was an average hotel in a decent location. I stayed 3 nights and the only issue I had was bad water pressure, and the shower drained very slowly.

“Needs some updating”

The staff is very helpful and pleasant, however the property could use an update. The rooms are outdated and getting a little worn.

“Not impressed”

I travel a fair bit and have stayed in alot of hotels and this one ranks up there with one of the most worst I have stayed in. The bed was uncomfortable, staff unfriendly and the cleanliness of the room was mediocre at best.
