“Will be back!”

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff! They bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful! Sure it's an older hotel, but wow, big deal about a paint chip missing when you have such nice people working there and the food was outstanding and the hotel was clean!!!! My boys thought this was the best place ever, even though there is no pool and after making them realize they couldn't swim with the goldfish in the pond you have, they loved it!!!! Mr. Woodcock was so nice and went out of his way to make our stressful trip for medical reasons into a "holiday" for us all and we will most certainly be staying with you again should the need arise for us to return to Edmonton! Job well done!

“Un hotel de bonne qualité”

L'hotel est a coté de l'aéroport du centre ville et non de l'international. A 15 minutes a pied de la gare via rail. Une chambre de qualité, luxieuse et propre. A savoir, nous partions très tot le matin en train, avant l'ouverture du petit déjeuner, et ils nous ont donner des sac avec un "panier repas" pour compenser. Aux alentours, un macdo, une pizzeria pour manger pas cher. Vous etes en pleins zone commerciale / industrielle donc c'est assez limité quand même. Mauvais point tout de même du bruit dans la nuit qui nous a empêché de dormir, la ventilation du voisin a fond si je me souviens bien...

“Great stay!”

Clean, quiet room at a reasonable price. My wife and I expected some noise from the adjacent municipal airport and Kingsway Ave but we were pleasantly surprised! We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too.

“I will go back!”

We only stayed one night, we didn't eat at any of their restaurants or lounges. For the prize we paid (a special from Expedia) it was definetely great! we were very happy with it. The hotel is not new (we knew that) but it is well maintained. It is actually very cute, with their nice opened huge entrance, fancey ceiling at the Front Desk. Our room was very spacious, with a balcony view to the main street. The coffee in the room was delicious and everything inside including the bed sheets and the bathroom was clean and neat. We have no complaints at all. Free internet, free spacious parking lot ... we were ver happy! Keep up the good job guys!

“Yes We Will Return”

I booked this hotel with somewhat mixed expectations. I had read some of the comments and those that gave it poor reviews made me wonder if I had made a mistake with this hotel (though i have learned that you can't please everyone and as we were only there for one night it couldnt be that bad). We were quite surprised when we arrived and were extremly satisified with the hotels appearance. My son loved the water feature/bridges at the front reception. The front staff were very nice and the hotel looked very clean. The corridor carpets were a little shabby, but we were not sleeping in the corridor. Our room was quite large, It was clean and tidy, with a pretty good view of downtown. I was sorry we were not staying there another night as we really liked this hotel.

“Why do you advertise free breakfast then dont give”

The room and service were really great . The only thing I did not like is the fact that the site said there was a complimentary breakfast and there was none, Front desk told me they had discontinued it , but it was advertised , otherwise how would I know about it
