“December stay”

Room was large and comfortable. King size bed was equiped with a comfort control. Nice large balcony over looking the courtyard. Staff was friendly and informative. Parking was crowded for a large full sized pick-up.

It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast in restaurant was delicious.

“Pretty Good”

We went for supper in the pub at the back of the hotel and waited for 20 minutes and NO ONE would serve us. There were other tables all around us getting service, so we were frustrated and left. The good news is that we went to the front desk to ask about other places they would recommend and told them about our poor service in their pub. The front desk clerk was very sorry and gave us two free breakfasts and still recommended a place outside of the hotel for supper. They redeemed themselves in our eyes.

I was very pleased with our stay. My family (of 4) was looking for a quick getaway to Edmonton at a hotel with a pool ... near Ikea. We read the reviews on this hotel and noticed that they were quite poor a year ago and have since been improving. I can see now that renovations were the issue. Renovations are now complete and our room was fantastic. It was clean, staff was courteous, and overall very quiet. The pool isn't overly large but we enjoyed it just the same. There is a huge fitness facility which is part of the hotel.

very resonable price, heated parking, great access and location. The food and service were excellent in both the pub and the resteraunt. I am definately going back again. sleep number bed was a nice touch

Our trip was great,the room and service was very good. Room was always clean and neat. Staff was great,check-in was fast aswell as check out.

“Very fine hotel, reasonable rates”

We were able to check in early so had the rest of the day to go shopping. Very friendly at check in. The room was very nice and quiet and away from things like the elevator and the ice machines. In the morning they have an excellent breakfast. We will stay here on our next trip to Edmonton.

“What a great place to stay”

Great price for a hotel with so many amentities offered. Convenient if you are going to be hitting the Outlet shops or Ikea on the Southside. Good access to major circle roads and highways. On the downside, there were no parks/green areas within walking distance of the hotel.
