Unfortunately when i checked in and went to my room, the door latch was holding the door open and someone was still occupying the room, so when i went back to the lobby, the staff was able to get me a room that was ready to rent. Onlybreal issue i had.

For the very reasonable price we were quite surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay. It is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated. Our favourite things were how extremely clean the room was, and a good breakfast. We would certainly stay here again.

It's very close to West Edmonton mall. However, the rest of the community is also worth exploring. The staff was excellent.

The rooms were nice and I like no carpet but updated vinyl flooring, fitness room really small, was very noisy with kids slamming doors a running in hall at 3:00am, other then that was a good stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The reason I booked there was because I called ahead of time and asked if each room had an Ethernet port, so that I could hardwire my laptop. Front desk agent said confidently that there is ethernet. Once I arrived to the room itself, ethernet port was completely absent from the room. And the WiFi is pretty slow. So that is a big complaint from me.

We were in the city as I had a surgery done. We checked in and the next day I had surgery. My husband spent another night. After a long day he just wanted to chill…. As he is sitting on the toilet the bathtub starts filling up with I don’t even want to guess. They give him a difference room. He finally transferred everything to the new room gets settled turns TV on and can’t change the channels. He phones the front desk 10 times no answer. He phoned every number that was listed by the phone. This is a horribly run hotel and really feel I should receive my money back at least for the one night. And they did not even try to make it right !

It took a while to navigate our way to this property as the roadways around it were one way. Excellent customer service began our stay at front desk. The check in went smoothly and we were lucky enough to park in one of a few plug-in stalls during very cold weather. Rooms were basic with comfy beds/pillows. Our alarm clock didn’t work and the hot/cold heater under window blew a lot of dust when we turned it on. Otherwise our stay was good for the price paid. Thank you!

I love that this hotel is pet friendly and plenty complimentary coffee as often as I like. The free breakfast was nice though I wish there were more options for hot food daily rather than rotating items and keep the waffle maker out at all times and maybe get another one for busier times as the waffles were lovely so I was sad to see on my last morning it wasnt an option. Its better than the french toast that was offered in lieu. Bacon should always be offered, the sausage patties arent very good in my opinion.

Great property to stay at, very close to west Ed mall and lots of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good but when staying for 3 nights it the same thing, scrambled eggs, sausages and rotates from waffles to pancakes then to French toast.. did not care for the eggs or sausages so not much option after that except for breads.
