Hotel was good. Little strange getting grief from a security card at 10pm on a Friday night having a normal conversation in the hallway. Apparently quite hours.

Very Old, paint peeling off ceilings and walls. Rooms had a smell, a masking type of spray on rugs to hide dirt. Windows disgusting.

The are train tracks behind the hotel, we could not sleep at all night with trains pasing throug all night. Property look deteriorated and dirty, not what I would expect for the rate we paid. Carpets were very dirty to the point ghat we have to wear shoes inside the room.

Everything was great. The staff at the front desk are super friendly. Lots of parking. Good food. Great toiletries. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest requesting a room on the side of the hotel that faces the road and not the train tracks.

The staff was nice, and the pool was fun with the family. We all had a great time, definitely will be staying here in the future again. Also very lovely people in house keeping, they are so sweet and always very helpful.

Cleanliness was exceptional. Trains pretty noisy as well as the other guests in the hotel creating a social gathering in the middle of the main hallway, letting their kids hit hockey sticks on the wall which we could hear in our room for hours, even past quiet time. All in all, still happy with our stay.

Showed up with my fiancé in a wheel chair and at check in they upgraded us to a wheelchair accessible room which he found very helpful. Was nice to have breakfast early in morning before an 9am appointment without leaving hotel. Service in morning was very fast. Was a little noisy with a dog barking evening and morning and being off main road in Edmonton but will stay again for the convenience
