Ce que j’ai pas aimer est leur service avec les carte de crédit qui inscrivai toujours décliné pour mes deux cartes de crédit et après vérification avec le personnel de Desjardins que c’etait Eu qui avait un problème avec leur System de paiement

Dining options were great; the location for our purposes was very convenient. Though a bit louder due to traffic and trains, it was very comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. One elevator was broken during our stay on a busy weekend and we didn’t have time to sit and wait in Ricki’s for a breakfast that was included with our stay. We prefer a buffet breakfast for busy mornings.

This is a bit older hotel, but everything was clean and functional. Stay was excellent though, elevated by fantastic staff and the Monsoon restaurant. 5 stars for both!

Considering some of the reviews I saw before booking, I was pleasantly surprised and glad I took them with a pinch of salt! Staff welcoming, rooms clean, fresh, comfortable, and lots of additional touches. Excellent value for the price. Great for an in and out last minute business trip in the locality I needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for making it easy!!

The bed was really really comfortable
The train noise was bad
Could have been cleaned in the bathroom a little more especially the floor.
Fridge had someone’s left over in it.
Hotel was packed solid so couldn’t change rooms.
