“"we will go back definitely"”
the room we had was a good size for family with kids but the bathroom is really really small
“Far from the mall, but close to industry”
I came to this hotel to stay overnight for a job interview in the industrial area of Edmonton, which the hotel is very close to. The hotel is a bit far from the mall, but makes up for it by being very close to the very trendy Whyte avenue. Hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly.
“Really good choice for south Edmonton”
Nice bright room with white covers on very comfortable beds. Room had basics: coffee, flat screen tv,a/c, & iron (did not heat); room was clean and quiet, even facing a busy street. The restaurant had reseasonable priced continental or full breakfast and lunch buffets. A good choice of hotel for business in central south Edmonton.

The Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable and internet worked without any problems. Overall my experience with Four Points Edmonton South was very pleasent.
“A clean, comfortable hotel, good value for the money.”
The hotel was inviting and well decorated, the renovations were well done. There was a wedding or business function going on in the hotel but we had no problem with noise in our room at all. We had the breakfast bar in the restaurant on our first morning there and found it to be very good value for the money with both hot and cold options. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, we found that the hotel was very good value for the cost, and even better than some more expensive hotels we have stayed in. We would definitely stay there again.

“4 Rooms in an hour but willing to go back”
We're the parents of 7 children so a weekend away for us is a big deal. The light industrial area of the hotel didn't matter to us, besides there's a great casino across the street. When we first checked in we were impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff and what followed was.... well interesting. The first room was not the king bed we'd asked for. They very quickly upgraded us to a beautiful king suit with jacuzzi tub, fireplace and more but then called to say "oops sorry this room is reserved" and off we were to room #3.... and how were they to know someone had snuck in there to get kinky. I've never left a room so fast!! When it came to opening room #4 I was very hesitant but the room was what we'd reserved in the first place and the rest of our weekend was wonderful. The mix up was the result of a new staff member doing the bookings and face it, we've all messed up our first jobs. The hotel compensated us for the mix ups. The food and serving staff is second to none and the Sunday brunch buffet is on the expensive side but VERY worth it; eggs, pancakes, fresh fruits, sushi, crab, prime rib, cheese cakes........ the list was endless!! The next time someone is willing to babysit 7 kids we're heading back!!
“Replaced the hot tub with a steam room”
We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed it. This will be the LAST time that we stay here. When we arrived, my husband had no trouble checking in, and when we got to the room, it was up to the standards of the hotel. My husband loves taking a swim and then getting into a hot tub for a relaxing soak. Well, he found out the hard way that there was no hot tub, and that the "heated pool" was like diving into a ice bath. When he complained to the front desk about the hot tub, he was told that they had ripped it out. That was it, not another word about it. So, if you want to go to a nice hotel, look elsewhere.
