“Great Place To Stay When Visiting Edmonton”

“Great stay, but out of the way”

This is a great inexpensive mini Vegas get away in Edmonton. Shuttle to West Edmonton mall handy but you need a car. Not much for kids to do but they are very accomodating.

“Comfortable Rooms & Great Service”

We arrived at this hotel and were greeted by friendly staff. Upon arriving in our room we found everything very clean and comfortable. After only minutes in our room a staff member phoned to see if we were happy with our room and if they could do anything else for us. With so many amenities just an elevator ride away, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

“Casino, Shows and Shopping!”

First, I must admit that I think the value for what you pay is not quite there. Do not expect anything too fancy! It's simple and clean and comfortable. The pool is very small and was full of kids (they do offer an adult only swim for an hour a day). There was not a safe in my room and the breakfast Buffet was very pricey too (a discount is offered to Players Club Members for Buffets, but they didn't even ask me if I was a member!). However, I made money at the casino, saw a great show at the Venue (seriously, why don't they advertise this place better? - BIG names!), and slept well. Shuttle to the WEM meant the Free Parking was a bonus! Also, every single staff member was polite and cheery! I would go back.

“Traveler from Calgary”

This hotel was not bad for the price. There are hotels closer to West Edmonton Mall but it would have cost double and wouldn't be as nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plus having a casino to hang out at is something different that most other hotels don't have.

Getting there

This hotel is not actually in Edmonton but on an Indian reserve. The address is misleading because it should say "Enoch Alberta". GPS couldn't find it so had to call hotel to get directions.

“Service remains excellent”

I love staying here - I was wondering if the hotel would go down hill after it the initial opening 4 years ago, but it remains top notch.

“Don't want to go back”

I book a 2 double bed room and the hotel give me a 1 queen bed room ,( i have 2 kids ,1 have to sleep on the floor ) the hotel said nothings guarantee with there hotel,what can you do !!!! and i arrive the hotel at 4 :00PM and the hotel said the room is not ready,i have to check with them 3 times before i got my room at 5:00 pm and the size is small,the air condition is so loud....

“Love this hotel!”

We love this hotel, we always stay here when in Edmonton, The location is perfect if you're planning to go to the mall or pretty much anywhere else. There is free parking and it's a huge lot, so theres never a problem finding a spot. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are nice and the beds are so very comfortable. The staff are always extremly friendly and accommodating. We had initially booked a king room and realized we needed a room with two twin beds. There was no trouble changing this and we had a great room as always. The pool area is nice and offers a 10pm-11pm adult swim time which was wonderful. The casino is always a nice option as well, there was live music going on when we were there. As well there are many food and snack choices. I cant say enough about this hotel, it's perfect and I will always stay here when we visit.
