We rented the 2 bdr. Suite with king beds, a single king bed suite and a room with 2 queen beds, so that our family could gather for the weekend. All of our rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, especially Eta in the breakfast dining room. I would highly recommend the Doubletree Hilton west!! Thank you!

Very noisy and loud not good sound proof your able to hear the other door opening very loud. And they don’t have camera every whole way for the safety of their costumer.. The other room people are fighting and screaming swearing and banging the wall woke us up at midnight till morning and I complained twice and finally the morning police come and we left early unhappy and tired not able to sleep we stayed 2 nights and same nights very noisy and i developed headaches the next morning. We didn’t have a good holiday at that hotel the doubletree west Edmonton. The front desk give us free breakfast, we didn’t even used it we just want to leave at that place, because i had headaches no desire to eat at all, because of no sleep all night.

We had a nice stay! Loved the check-in cookies. Room was unique with the loft type layout. The little kitchenette was nice, but didn’t have a microwave…bummer. Also, after staying downtown a few times it was so nice to have free parking. Nice and quiet, too.

Highlight was the staff. Courteous and professional from front desk to houseeeping staff. Stayed here after booking treatments at Damara spa, located on the ground floor. Room was showing some signs of wear, but the value for price made the stay a solid 4 stars. Only request would be to have ability to connect to my streaming services on the TV.

The room was very large, customer service was great. The down side, the pool was closed - we were told we could go to the sister hotel across the parking lot to use the pool. Their pool was closed. There was no microwave in the room, and no garbage bags for the garbages. Overall though, it was a beautiful, clean hotel, that we would stay in again.

The Front Desk Agent who checked me in was friendly and efficient. She explained the facility layout and amenities all while quickly confirming my reservation and producing my key. Great sense of humour and she obviously enjoyed her job as she greeted the people behind me just as enthusiastically. Excellent first impression for the hotel!

Very nice overall. Only thing negative I would mention is that one of the days the room service made just one the bed (?) Didn’t understand why.

There was construction ongoing on the main floor and the pool was undergoing renovations as well. The pool for the children is the only reason I booked it. Yes we could go too the hotel across the parking lot but it’s winter… no breakfast as well

Its a good location. The place is clean and staff is friendly. They advertise room service whic does not exist. Tried several times with no success. The wifi was difficult to access. It was realitively quiet based on the fact there was a hockey group staying at the hotel.

Clean, accessible to my work.. only thing is house cleaning knocks on the door soo loudly an hour before check out time.. could have ask at the reception if you want to be reminded of the check out time by phone call .. not so loud banging on the door and when you open the door house cleaning attendant gives you a demeanour that you feel you’ve overstayed at the hotel..
