“Great place to stay”
Nice place to stay, very clean.
“Great service!!”
Told the lady at check in we didn't want a room by the elevators. To accomodate us she gave us a suite away from the elevators at no extra charge. Had a drink and a snack in the restaurant downstairs and service was excellent/friendly. Convenient to city centre shopping. A great stay.
“Best in Edmonton for this price range”
We stayed at more than 5 different hotels in Edmonton in the last two years. For this price range and this is the best hotel we stayed at.
“As far as value for money this hotel is top quality”
I would recommend this hotel without any qualms and would certainly go there again if I was staying in Edmonton.
“Great place to Relax”
Hotel was really nice. Hot tub was awesome and bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Jet tub in bathroom didn't work well though. A great place to celebrate our anniversary.
“Best Edmonton Hotel We Have Stayed In”
Great King Suite - lots of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Fabulous bedding and decor. Service was also great!
“Our favourite Edmonton hotel!”
Many thanks to the Edmonton Centre Delta Hotel and staff. We find it convenient when visiting Edmonton and the rooms and staff are always accommodating (pardon the pun). The rooms always exceed our expectations and we look forward to our next visit. Parking is nearby and reasonable and shopping is at one's doorstep.
“One Stop Relaxation Spot”
This stay was a three day get-a-way for my wife and myself. First off, I will definately do this again. We arrived late on the First day and were seamlessly checked in. Parking rates may be high but there are plenty of options. We ate at Coacos' Restaurant which is part of the hotel and were happy with the menu choices and thought it had fair pricing. The next day was all about the shopping. The Hotel is part of the Edmonton Centre Shopping Plaza, and has several large chain stores as well as two food courts. The stores and food courts do close early though i.e. 5:00 PM. Having the hotel close by to freshen up was a big plus. The second day started with a massage at Eveline Charles which is also in the shopping plaza. I was very happy with the service at the spa and although it might seem like a good idea to wear your complimentary hotel robe to the spa at 10:00 am this changes when the lunch crowd comes out. Besides Eveline charles will supply a robe. As said I will definately do this again and would consider it to be a great get-a-way option for the couple not seeking the outdoors/mountain retreat. My only complaint was the Maintenenace/operation of the steam room. It appeared that the operation light was burnt out so it was impossible to tell if it was going to work unless you waited to see. Also the inroom fridge was out of place while a large space/hole was found under the suite sink.
“Great hotel and great staff...”
Delta edmonton was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The made our stay of 2 nights very special. If you are in Edmonton and need to stay in the downtown area, this is one of the best places to be. It is close to all the best restaurants and shopping facilities. In the summer there is always something happening near city hall which is just a block from the hotel.
“Wonderful stay”
When we arrived we were advised our hotel room was upgraded to a suite. It was an awesome room and the staff was very helpful. The only problem we had was finding the entrance. It is not very well marked and the staff had a hard time telling how to get to the entrance.
