Nice to have parking included in the hotel price.

Posted 23-Oct-2014
Pros: The central location is nice.
Cons: The gym is really small and there are hardly any weights to be had. This could easily be improved.
Location: The location was good for what I needed.
The staff was ok to deal with. The room was really hot; I had to shut the heat off and open a window and was still warm. I was a little upset that there was not a fridge in the room. The entrance to the parking area did not work well; I had to try my card several times. Room was quiet and other guests too. I was in Room 229 and the toilet ran all night. That should be fixed.

I mean it's a Days Inn.

Posted 20-Oct-2014
Cons: It would have been nice if there was a continental breakfast.
Location: It was right downtown, which was nice. I didn't have to use my car the whole time I was there.
For the amount I paid, it was satisfactory. Wasn't totally amazing, but it was comfortable and affordable.

Run of the house

Old hotel. No window view . No air. Had to get fan from front end. Staff were friendly and helpful. You only get that you pay for.

Not user friendly.

Posted 10-Oct-2014
Pros: Non-smoking facility and room was clean.
Cons: Re-design front counter to a reasonable height and re-design parking lot entrance.
Front counter built for very tall people - parking entrance always blocked by new people checking in. Restaurant only open from 7:00am to 2:00pm. Will never stay there again.

Hard to sleep with the light on

Posted 3-Oct-2014
Pros: I received a call confirming my arrival.
Cons: Redirect the spot lights or provide window covering that doesn't allow the spot light into the room.
Room 347 is over one of the spot lights on the front of the Hotel. We arrived late and once we were ready for bed, we pulled the curtain. The curtain did not seal the window and the light penetration from the spot light provided more than night light coverage for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the light in the room made it impossible for a good sleep. On the way out I asked for a copy of the invoice. I was told no, I would have to get that from Expedia... seemed an easy thing to print a second copy.
