Hotel staff was very helpful and I was very pleased to get parking included in downtown Edmonton. Not many hotels downtown offer this any more.

We arrived in the evening and checked out by 1100 hrs. We asked about parking while we were there and they said no problem, no charge. They also helped us regarding special bookings in the future. We would stay here anytime.

We thought this hotel offered extremly good value for the price. We expected a continental breakfast, as breakfast is included, but were surprised to recieve a full breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, also had a balcony, a nice extra. We had to change our dates as we were delayed getting there after colliding with a deer on the highway, The date change meant a higher room rate for our last night, but when my husband explained the reason we had to change, they not only adjusted the rate, but waived our movie rental charge!Very pleasant staff, we'll stay there again.

It was a quite cheap hotel for this services. Its parking was free which was better than every other things. It's style is a little bit old fashioned but good enough!

This is my second time to stay this hotel. (my first time was >10 years ago) I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quality of service and conditions of the hotel. It was much better than expected. Great value.
