“Hotel experiance”
Service upon entering to register was quickand easy. The person checking us in was polite and friendly. When asked questions about dinning he directed us to available places to eat and informed us that their restaurant was open at 0700 hours. The rooms were clean and quiet.

“Had a good time”
We have stayed here many times because of its location and have enjoyed it. Yes, it is an older hotel, however, for its price, services and overall service it suits very well. We experienced noisy neighbours and with a phone call to the front desk it stopped quickly.

Great location, close to LRT station. Clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast would have been great but not available.

“Very Pleasantly Surprised ... Again”
We were a little worried when we read some of the posted reviews but were pleasantly surprised. We stayed here several years ago and were wondering if things had "gone downhill". Although this hotel is in an older building, it is well kept and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed for two nights as we had driven in for medical appointments. The only downside was the lack of a continental breakfast; however, there is an on-site restaurant.
“I'll be back”
I have stayed here twice so far this year and will gladly book future stays for my return trips to Edmonton. I was pleased with the fast, friendly check-in and clean, comfortable, non-smoking rooms on both visits. There are restaurants within walking distance, free wireless internet in the rooms and on both weekends it was peaceful and quiet, especially considering the downtown location. As a female traveller I felt safe walking alone in the parking structure though I was advised not to leave any valuables in the car.

“Edmonton stay”
Although the hotel is an older one, it met our expectations. It was clean, the service was very good and the location suited us. We needed to be downtown for appointments and it was central to our needs.
