“"Great value, I will book there again in a second" Student Budget”

Everything that I needed. For the price, it is a good deal. The decor is a bit old but me and my buddies just needed a place to crash for the weekend so it did it's job.

“Good location but needs work”

Not enough plugins, light switch for washroom is in a weird spot, elevator to my floor was not working, not enough toilet in the room. Nice tv and room though.

Room was nice and spacey. Not for kids who want a pool, but comfortable for those in town for business or needing a room for the night.

“Basic accomodation”

No frills, no microwave, no fridge but had the basics and clean. Could use a referb. Plenty of good places to eat nearby. There is also a Sobey's fresh market nearby.

“Good downtown location for getting around Edmonton”

The location was great for taking the LRT to Rexall Place. The front desk clerk was very polite and helpful. The condition of the room was okay - needs a bit of updating and minor maintenance such as chipped bathroom doors, etc. The beds were comfortable, however, the temperature of the shower kept changing and that was annoying. Overall, not bad, price was reasonable and I would stay there again if I planned to go to another concert in Edmonton.

“Absolutely disgusting.”

After arriving at 1am, after a very long journey across the country, we were rudely awoken by an alarm clock at 7.15am. Not only did the alarm go off in our room but in the room right next door to us. We asked front desk to shut it off and we were told that they were not able to do so. Finally after 15 minutes or so they came up to the the room and shut it off, they then proceeded to clean the room at about 7.30am. So not only did we only get 6 hours of sleep, but whilst getting ready for a shower, we found dark black hairs in the bath and found it to be wet, which in my mind meant that someone had used it not long before we had checked in. We asked to check out that same day, even though were were going to stay for a week, and were given a lot of grief about it. Whilst waiting to be checked out, we noticed that a drunken street person had made himself comfortable in the lobby and was begging for money whilst guests waited for service. I cannot imagine ever wanting to go back to this hotel and i can only ask that you stay away from it as well. It was a huge downside to our trip and i cannot make it anymore clear.
