“about what you'd expect in an older hotel”

Room was fine. Food was fine, if somewhat pricey for what you receive; listing on expedia says breakfast included, but had to pay for it, Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, with the notable exception of Jasmine on the front desk. She made a number of errors, and was, at best "tepid" toward customer service. Kind of "haughty." About what you would expect in a somewhat dated older property.

“Not Impressed" Took over an hour to book in”

Booked a room with two double beds , was booked into a room with only one bed . Took over an hour to get this sorted. Was in Edmonton to attend Rodeo delay in sorting room out meant we were late for the event. Ruined what should have been a great day.

“NICE WEEKEND.”

We have stayed at your hotel a lot but what we have been disappointed with the past couple of times is your bar closes too early. We went to the hockey game Saturday night. We got back to the hotel before 11:00 pm hoping to have a couple of drinks and something to eat . The chain was across and there were a few other people wanting to go in as well. Closing a bar at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night with a hockey game in town seems awfully early. Just a comment but we did enjoy our stay.

“Good location, nice service and staff!!”

Stayed for a weekend and a very great location!! Not too far from the West Ed. either! Recommend this hotel!!! Only downfall no fridge in the room! :(

“Effortless”

“Nice hotel, but aging”

The hotel is nice; however, rooms feel like they need a major renovation. As most Edmonton hotels, a little expensive.

“Reasonable hotel”

Poor reception service along with slow lifts were their main downfalls. Outside that the hotel is fine especially for the price.

“Good Hotel in Edmonton”

I have been staying there a few times and it is a nice comfortable hotel, great location, with reasonable prizes. The only thing is the elevator from the parkade to the hotel needs to be upgraded and make it smell better. Good dining and great staff. Enjoy!
