“my no 1 hotel in Edmonton”

I have used this hotel essentially because my Company suggests it. However I stay there when I come to Edmonton for any business. I like the restaurants in the hotel and the lounge has good deals from time to time,the staff is always excellent and fiendly.

Breakfast room service special was cheaper than going to restaurant and was great food. Only problem was parking spaces were very small if you have larger vehicle.

For starters, the price was right, especially for 3.5 stars. Expedia beat their own website by $30 a night. Hotel was clean, room spacious, bed very comfortable, lots of toiletries in bulk and indiv, bath robe provided. Only disappointment was no internet in the room. I was allowed to check in early at 1130 am, even though I was prepared to do so later. Two negatives, bar was closed Sunday night, indeed Sat afternoon, and there is very little in the immediate area esp on a Sunday. I would stay here again at the right price.

I've stayed at the Coast three times and it has always been a great stay. I have stayed at four other downtown Edmonton hotels, and for the $10-$30 more than the cheaper places, boy does it make a difference. The Coast is now pretty much my only choice of hotels. They present a good value, but also do a great job of giving you 5 star service. The staff is always helpful, and goes out of their way to make everyones stay great.
