“Good Place to Stay”
The 1 bedroom kitchenette had plenty of room. Excellent response time by hotel staff when room temperature issues came up. If you stay here ask for a room far away from the elevators, I could hear them from my room. Hotel breakfast was good and reasonable priced.
“Will go back again!”
A very comfortable stay and great service. Well equipment, lots of room, quiet and conveniently located. We had a problem with heat in the bedroom, called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to fix it right away. Room service available at minimal charge form the onsite restaurant - food was fast and hot. Overall good value for the money.
“will definitely go back again!”
Had been here many years ago, but in recent years had gone elsewhere when in Edmonton. Booked it because of an ad I read - would definitely go back again! We were upgraded at no extra cost, the rooms were great, clean, housekeeping service was efficient and immediate! Appreciated the fairly large gym with all its equipment. Was here with three other family members - all asked me to book it again for our trip next year!
“Great City Views”
This hotel had great views of the river and city. It's in a great location downtown with lots to do. Loved the balcony. Also, was very clean and a good size.
“Excellenta”
Good job everything was all good. We will be back.
“Not bad. Appeared cheap but parking was $15!!”
We got a single suite for a decent rate. Which was nice but it did not include breakfast and upon arrival we were told we had to pay $15 for parking. We could have gotten a better hotel with breakfast and free parking for the same price. Although the room was comfortable, it was quite rugged- dirty curtains with the hem torn, worn couch and chair, heater cvers were falling off. Apat from this the room was fine. Great kitchenette with delicious coffee. Good shampoo etc. Staff were really awesome and did what they could to make it a good stay. Good price for a family of up to 4,but there were only 2 of us.
“Best view ever!”
We would definately stay here again. Service was great, was clean , and the view from the 23rd floor was amazing.
“Good place to stay if you are attending the Edmonton Folk Fest.”
Nice view on the higher floors. Had a balcony, which I liked, Kitchen (with stove, full fridge, microwave). Separate bedroom. Living room. Nice and spacious for the 2 of us. Staff was friendly. parking extra $. overall it's our 2nd time staying and will stay again if attending the Edmonton Folk Fest in the future. :) oh Yeah the city center Mall is 2 blocks away...
“parking fees”
Unexpectedly there was a 15 dollar a day fee for parking at the hotel parking lot.
“Excellent family stay”
Booked a one bedroom suite, complete with kitchen and queen size sofa-bed. Suited our family of 5 (three young children) very well, one was sick for a day and having a bedroom for quiet naps ended up saving our trip. Having a full fridge, stove and microwave meant we could keep groceries a prepare a couple of home-cooked meals for the family. Staff were very friendly and extremely responsive, (the hair-dryer started to smoke, instead of just brining a temporary replacement they sent a repairman and replaced the entire wall unit within 10 minutes of the call). Not the best waking-neighbourhood, but very central to all parts of the city, (Old Strathcona, Churchill Square, Ft. Edmonton, WEM). Will go back whenever we travel to Edmonton.
