Room was clean and big. But the bathroom fan makes a bad squealing noise. Baseboards in the bathroom are waterlogged and rotting and front desk staff was not very friendly.

You tried to cancel your reservation at 5pm on the day of your check-in, we are sorry that we were not able to accommodate this request, as we have a 24 hour cancelation policy, which is clearly stated on all booking sites and is industry standard. Food delivery took two hours because of the yellow head construction. Upstairs neighbors, noisy, and running around all night and then again early in the morning. Very noisy. Couldn’t find how to turn on AC, room was pretty hot.

This was a fantastc stay. The staff was very accommodating. Dog friendly and great food. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be a Kurig in the room. The standard small 2 cup coffee maker was a bit unexpected in such a great hotel.

We stayed in room 404. This room is under a mechanical unit that came on approximately every 20 minutes and shook the entire room. Someone left a dog in their room and went out and the dog barked until almost midnight. We called the front desk 3 times, but they just waited until the owners came back and nothing was done about the dog. There was mildew in the shower and red bacteria in the drain and along the lower tiles. The sink also smelled musty. The air conditioner didn't work on the automatic setting so the room was too hot. Light from the hallway comes in around the door so the room isn't dark. The laundry soap is scented so the sheets smell perfumed which may or may not both some people. Pros: The pillows are descent. The mattress was fine. The towels are thick. Lots of amenities are provided including a microwave, dishes, cutlery, a basin to wash dishes, tea towels, a dishcloth and dish soap. There is a kettle which many hotels don't seem to provide anymore.

Beautiful hotel, nice sized rooms, coveniently located. We have stayed here twice. But the toilet has horrific water pressure. Very frustrating
