Overall very good, i stay at this property several times a year and it is generally very good. This trip the elevator wasn't working properly which is unfortunate and made it longer to get between floors.

The beds were super comfy . I stayed in a suite it was beautiful . The only problem I had was that I had to walk a very long way with ice and snow with a walker to get up to being able to get in. Then to notice that every person that was parked in handicapped that they didn’t even have a plaque. On there front windows. This isn’t the first time I have seen this but I think maybe the couple of handicapped spots that have should be monitored . Other than that chefs kiss❤️

The staff at Best Western were awesome to us this past weekend for our stay. They had little gift bags for us and communicated effectively in regards to our stay. Thanks so much we will be back!

It was a walkable area, close to everything in St. Albert. Great breakfast, with lots of options, and the king size suite was perfect.
