“A Welcome Comfort”
We arrived at the airport at 1:00am and called the hotel to see if the shuttle was still running. It was outside the terminal by the time we got our luggage. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our room! Comfy king-size bed, clear flat screen TV, and clean bathroom. A nice treat for weary travelers.

Bed was comfortable and free airport shuttle was just what I needed as this hotel was a stopover in a flight from the Middle east back home to Vancouver.
“Excellent hotel”
Service at the hotel was excellent. I needed internet access in order to do some business while on vacation and the access was flawless. Breakfast was excellent each day and only a small charge for a full hot meal. Not sure about the quality of the neighbourhood - there were some rough characters in front of a neighbouring bar one weekend evening but security in the hotel parking lot was visible throughout our stay and we had no issues.

Only one slight problem, when someone in a neighbouring room was having a shower (after midnight), I could hear the water running-it was quite loud.

Very good service and restaurant, good location near airport. Only spent one night, but definitely would go back.
“Will stay again”
We were given a complimentary upgrade from a room with 2 double beds to a room in the tower with 2 queen beds. The beds were very comfortable with cozy duvets. Room was very new and clean. Room service was very prompt and restaurant service was excellent. Small extra for a hot breakfast and it was very good. Hotel receptionists very pleasant and helpful.
“A warm welcome”
After a long drive in the rain, I was feeling pretty irritable until I was met by the extremely friendly and efficient service at the front desk. Likewise with the personalized service in the breakfast room. The room was spacious and immaculate. The fitness room was basic but had all the standard equipment. While I didn't fall in love with the immediate neighborhood, a small strip mall is conveniently located next door. Would recommend this hotel for the business traveller -- near the airport and absolutely no hassles.
“Awesome time”
Hotel staff very friendly, breakfast was great and rooms were sooo comfortable. I liked the fact that all the staff looked you in the eyes and smiled whenever they met you in any part of the hotel.

I was pleased with this hotel. It was fine but only pleasing, not great. It was clean and the staff were friendly but the water pipes need insulating. My first night my husband and I got waken up @ 430 am by someone, in another room taking a shower. The bacon in the included breakfast is very greasy. Better lock the bathroom door or using the toilet may cause loss of you kneecaps. No microwave.
“great place to stay and it is near the Airport”
I enjoyed staying at that hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was very inexpensive. The location was great, very close to the airport and many touristic attractions.
