The staff was amazing, I believe her name was Anna, She was very nice and knowledgeable. The only Negative was I called a week ago when I booked the room and was told by the front desk attendant I could use a debit card to put a damage deposit on the room only to find out I needed to use cash. Lucky they have 2 atms on site, but a charge to use. Other then that checking in was wonderful experience

Lack of pool options for the kids should be noted. Also no hot tub. Also the weekends when it is busy needs to be Buffett style in the restaurant. Having to wait to be served by an understaffed restaurant with 3 young kids was not ideal.

The hotel bar closes at 10pm The continental breakfast was cold, without flavor, the wait staff was rude and inefficient The hotel room was to hot I had to ask 3 times for towels ( they left one bath towel for 4 people) They had to be told to straighten the room on saturday morning Our neighbouring hotel room was fighting most of friday night. Outside we could not walk outside the front door or open our window in the hotel room without the stench of Marijuana There was garbage all over the grounds One of the elevators was out of service Pool was small and we had to request towels each time we were down there Teenagers were smoking pot in the fitness room Will never stay there again!

i booked my stay a couple weeks ahead and when my boyfriend and i arrived in town for our stay to celebrate his birthday the room was not clean. the bed was stripped and the dirty sheets were still sitting on the desk with food and other stains on them. bathroom sink and shower had a hard time draining just from brushing our teeth. also steer clear of the vending machines cuz it took our money multiple times without giving us a drink/snack

I like that this hotel was closed to everything such as restaurants, gas station, and shopping. I didn't like the breakfast and the pool. The breakfast didn't have real eggs and pool I was expecting a hot tub.

One staff member worked the check in desk which meant a 15 minute wait and a line of 5 families behind me when I’d finished. No workable outlets in room. Hair on bed. Terrible mattress. I usually love best western but this was a fail.

This property ... ! the worst ! Rude staff, hair in the beds , breakfast is the worst it's a waste of your money . I heard so many complaints from people in this hotel . no air circulation , It's all about the staff and hotel , this hotel does not care about you .. So dirty ! there are so many other hotels to choose . Don't choose the Best Western , you will be sorry ! Wondering how they stay in business . The managers are terrible !

Service in breakfast, it is so slow and the food sucks, specially the scramble eggs and pancake. It is taste like plastic the egg, and it took us 30mims to get our food. Guests for 4 but we only have 2 towels. Soap and shampoo only fit not even for 1 use for 1 person.

The hotel is nice young woman at the desk was amazing but dont go for the free breakfast boiled sausage qas gross eggs like cold potatoes not cooked i said i am not eating this the waitress said why i said would you eat this she said hell no other people were disgusted and complaining room was clean people were getting sick from eating at this restaurant please stay away

I habe had better check in process in a third world country than I did at this hotel. For the love of god get your sheets and bedding ironed or pressed. Our TV remote was missing 1 battery. Our tub in the shower would not drain. The pool is disgusting and amd never any towels . The free breakfast should be a buffet for the ridiculous amount of tine everyone spends waiting for food, cutlery, syrup etc. The only shining star was Alisha at the front counter, but she only works days. She genuinely CARES if a guest is happy. If it wasnt one thing, it was another. I actually checked out the Ramada behind this hotel, no pool or free breakfast , but for the trouble we went through for those items who cares. I will be travelling to Edmonton 4 times a year or more now, and will NOT be returning to this Hotel. You give Best Western a BAD name.

Staff, check in very nice. Facility is older, some trouble with the bathroom lights. Did work but had trouble with them turning on several times. Room very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay there again.

The service at the Cedar Park Inn was as expected. We had a small pet with us this trip and the accommodations were very good. We got a room on the main floor so it made it easier to come and go.
