“Home away from home”

My suite was well equipped and very comfortable. It was a one bedroom apartment that slept six very comfortably. My only complaint was that there seemed to be a lot of emergency vehicle sirens each night of my stay, but then I was in the heart of downtown which in every other respect was an excellent location.

Alberta Place Suites had very clean spacious rooms and was conveniently located to restaurants and public transport.

“Great spot for great price”

For a less expensive hotel, this place was great. Standard continental breakfast, BIG room, good kitchenette, and a really decent pool and work out room. It's on a bus route, and across the street from the LRT. Central location, close to Chinatown, shopping malls, and other hotels. I would stay here again, in a second. The staff were SUPER friendly and really knowledgeable about public transit as well as the districts to visit.

All in all the hotel was what we expected. The rooms were vary spacious and quite quiet considering you're right down town. The bed and pillows are nothing special, but not too bad either. Elevators have a mind of their own (?!) You'd push to go up from floor 12, and it would take you down to floor 5 first (?) We had a lot of trouble getting back into our room the 2nd day. Had to go down to the front desk 3 times to get our key reprogrammed, and still didn't work! The hotel is located right across the street from a LRT station, which is great if you're attending concerts at Rexall or Commonwealth which is why we chose to staty here. For the price, you can't go too wrong with this hotel.

reasonable price for a moderate hotel but the tv.'s are so outdated, don't order movies, not worth it.

“Downtown Getaway”

Away from the insanity of the West Edmonton Mall, in the heart of downtown (go figure) you'll find this lovely hotel. Indoor parking, breakfast, cute pool and lovely rooms. Only problem was a noisy air conditioning fan!

“Will recommend”

Clean and comfortable hotel, in heart of downtown. The room and the kitchen are getting a bit old and out dated. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was just fine.
